Life Survival Winter Camp 2017 - Hunting, Fishing, Camping & Hiking on the Lower Wekiva River

Each January, Life Survival hosts "Winter Camp" down on the river. Eight guys made it out for the 2017 camp. Some came from as far as 20 miles up stream. Others floated in from a nearby landing. A couple guys came in from Lake Monroe. For four days we ate and hung out on the river. Tents continued to pop up and the bounty of fish and food continued to grow. The weather was amazing for January. A balmy 87 degrees and the water was just fine. We ate hog, duck, venison, buffalo, and a ton of fish. We discussed survival, bushcraft, Naked and Afraid, hunting... and girls. We had a blast and I think everyone went home a few pounds heavier. This camp is for men only and we only have two rules: 1) Don't talk about Winter Camp and 2) No discussion of politics or religion. Winter Camp is designed and scheduled for us to recenter or take a break after 3 months of holidays and it's a great time to focus on our goals for the upcoming year. I made this video from clips, videos, and photos from everyone's cameras and phones. It's a bit choppy sometimes, but I hope you enjoy it. AND who knows... maybe we'll see you out there at the 2018 Winter Camp!

Very good job on the visual story telling of, winter camp 2017. Looks like a great time. Watching the video makes me feel like, like, I was there. LOL, And I have the bug bites to prove it. Had a great time. Thanks Aaron for letting me be there.Take care. Stay sharp.
