If you have started developing recurrent varicose veins along with skin changes or ulcers, you should review with your vascular surgeon and might need to get the veins treated again. Only castor oil is unlikely to help you much
If there are new veins coming up, get them evaluated by your doctor and get a doppler. If veins are reoccurring, then treat them early by sclerotherapy

You may start wearing stockings. If there are veins in the thigh, it's better to get a doppler evaluation once whenever possible
