10/07/24 அன்று பெங்களூர் செல்ல BEML நகர் இரயில் நிலையத்திற்கு சென்றேன்' டிக்கெட் கவுண்டர் பூட்டி இருந்தது. அரை மணி நேர காத்திருப்புக்கு பின் இரயில் வந்தது ஆனால் டிக்கெட் தர யாருமே இல்லை கவுண்டர் பூட்டியே இருந்தது. வேறு வழி இல்லாமல் டிக்கெட் இல்லாமல் பங்காருபெட் வரை பயணம் செய்து அங் இறங்கி டிக்கெட் வாங்கி வண்டி மாற்றி வேறு வண்டியில் பயணம் செய்ய வேண்டியதாயிற்று. 3 மணி நேர காலம் விரயமாயிற்று. சில பயணிகள் பெங்களூரு வரை டிக்கெட் இல்லாமலே பயணம் செய்திருப்பார்கள், சிலர் என்னைப்போல அடுத்த நிலையத்தில் டிக்கெட் பெற்று வண்டி மாற்றி சென்றிருப்பார்கள். (இரயில்வே நிர்வாகத்தின் செயல்பாட்டிற்கு ஒரு உதாரணம்)

Train number 22498 is running in that day (5th Jul) Ticket not booked in any 3rd party application, because no 3rd party name is printed in the print out. Also Still 3rd AC 49 tickets available even 1 day before 😂 So try to track who cancelled the ticket.

During covid time when I had booked ticket it got auto canceled by Railways and I got 100% refund. Need to verify the booking agent as well in this case. Usually arrival & departure does not get printed but on day of boarding e chart is sent via SMS. But good to inquire railways on it.
Guys, it is cancelled from IRCTC agent while booking with IRCTC agent make sure you give your own number - instead agency entering his number at the booking page. So the customer get the OTP if the ticket need to cancelled. If any one like to know where reply here

It might have been a manual error; the agent could have accidentally canceled the ticket. I had a similar incident with the IRCTC app a few years ago. After booking tickets, I clicked on the cancel option to see the refund amount. However, there was no confirmation pop-up, and the tickets were canceled immediately with a single click, resulting in a deduction of 400 rupees for 2 tickets. I'm not sure if this is still the case.
What about Railways not bothered about passengers in reserved compartments being harassed by non reserved passengers entering and the TT turns a blind eye even after complaints and poor maintenance in AC coaches?

Come to the point: what she says she booked July 5 from tiruchirapalli to something then the ticket issued as departure time is N.A and arrival N.A this means railway calendar updated every year July that's why shows N.A... Conclusion: the lady ticket cancelled by the agent this is blame to railway.. if railway cancelled the ticket the lady got full amount.. id agent cancelled the ticket she gots total amount-cancel charge that's why she gots the message 650 refund your account in 3 working days

It is better to reserve tickets in our own computrr or railway counters. Some agents are cheating. Even if you cancel the ticket the refund money will go to the agents account.
It is true that, ticket is getting issued without mentioning the departure time. When the departure time need to be checked on the date of journey, why not invariably print the time as on the date of booking.

During covid time when I had booked ticket it got auto canceled by Railways and I got 100% refund. Need to verify the booking agent as well in this case. Usually arrival & departure does not get printed but on day of boarding e chart is sent via SMS. But good to inquire railways on it.

Guys, it is cancelled from IRCTC agent while booking with IRCTC agent make sure you give your own number - instead agency entering his number at the booking page. So the customer get the OTP if the ticket need to cancelled. If any one like to know where reply here

I had a similar incident with the IRCTC app a few years ago. After booking tickets, I clicked on the cancel option to see the refund amount. However, there was no confirmation pop-up, and the tickets were canceled immediately with a single click, resulting in a deduction of 400 rupees for 2 tickets. I'm not sure if this is still the case.
What about Railways not bothered about passengers in reserved compartments being harassed by non reserved passengers entering and the TT turns a blind eye even after complaints and poor maintenance in AC coaches?

Come to the point: what she says she booked July 5 from tiruchirapalli to something then the ticket issued as departure time is N.A and arrival N.A this means railway calendar updated every year July that's why shows N.A...
Conclusion: the lady ticket cancelled by the agent this is blame to railway.. if railway cancelled the ticket the lady got full amount.. id agent cancelled the ticket she gots total amount-cancel charge that's why she gots the message 650 refund your account in 3 working days
