hello if you or anyone out there can help me with a question, I am in canada and I am wondering what are my rights or entitlement if a product i was consuming may have damaged my teeth possibly in the past as a result of said product as this has happened a few times now with some food items ,do i have to be injured or prove my injury is a result of the product to have any case against the seller or the mfg of the product? or is it enough that the product has such defects for a case to be made for compensation for negligence, bad experience and for suffering mentally, punitive or otherwise?
