Its not clear for internal testing if the testers already needed to install Testflight app or that this is described in the email they receive or if you should instruct how to do. So, i didn't get it work with your video. But it was a great help. Its always the problem that if the instructor has done this many times, they think "people will know this".

I want to make the staging build only available to internal testers and the production build to be available only to external testers. But it seems like all build that are being uploaded are available to internal testers. Is it possible to not make a build not visible to the internal testers?

I have an app developer he asked for my Apple ID email and password he said so he could invite me for a test flight to test the app I received a code from him he said it was only OTP and he told me he could not see my information he said it is OTP CODE and I'm save so guys what do you think are he lying to me?
You can invite anyone to your developer account and can limit their access. I would not give full access like that (giving email and password)!
