    I just watched your video on visa and residency permits in Tanzania and I have to say it was incredibly informative and helpful. Your explanations were clear and concise, and I appreciated the examples you provided to illustrate each step in the process.
    I am planning a move to Tanzania in the near future and was feeling overwhelmed by the visa and residency permit process. Your video has helped to alleviate my concerns and given me a better understanding of what to expect.
    Thank you so much for creating such a valuable resource. Your passion for sharing knowledge is evident in your video and I can't wait to see what other content you will create in the future :)

    Hi Anna. You forgot to mention the residence permit for those coming to retire in Tanzania. Perhaps that day is too far in the future for you. I am coming to visit in July this year and already have my eVisa. I could return as early as next year for retirement if my work finishes in Germany. There are new rules for entry into Tanzania because of Corona which may put of tourists especially if they have to go into quarantine for 2 weeks on arrival. I hope that Germany will have reduced the infection rate sufficiently before I travel so that this won't affect me. Something you should maybe make your followers aware of in your next blog.

      Thank you so much for letting me know about the retirement residence permit. I actually didn't know.
      At the moment I wouldn't advise people to travel or at least they should know about the quarantine rules in their country if they still do it. As there are so many different rules for each country and so many countries, I will actually not talk about it. Additionally the rules change all the time. I just hope the situation will improve worldwide very soon.

      I have actually just always kept my money on my bank account in Germany and picked up money with a master card here at the atm. So I can't advise you on this issue.

    Hi Anna is there any chance to change visit visa to work visa because here a company is going to give me a same type of visa

    • @anna.in.tanzania3830
      @anna.in.tanzania3830  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh I think it can be possible, the company would need to work on that for you. First you need to apply for a work permit with them, then you can get a residence permit

    Hi Anna. How was the process of finding a place to stay in Mwanza? And any insight on costs?

    • @anna.in.tanzania3830
      @anna.in.tanzania3830  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Oh once you are here you can easily find a house. You can also check out some Facebook or Instagram Pages from people renting or selling houses. There is quite a few and it gives you a nice overview of what is out there. Once you are in Mwanza you can get help from a broker. The rent depends very much on the location (in the city centre is mich more expensive than in the outskirts) and on how big and how nice the house is.

      If you tell them the day of your arrival and the day of your departure they often give you a visa for this time phrame only.

      YES you can get a dependent pass. Unfortunately it is just a residence permit and not a working permit, but you can certainly stay with her.
