      @@klein-concept Just wondering which Mount you used to attach the camera underneath your bars? I’ve seen handlebar mounts that sit above the bars, but they look too long and sit up too high. The Mount in your video looks nice and compact. Thanks in advance 😊🙏

    Helpful video! What camera bike mount are you using for the DJI Action 2?

    • @klein-concept
      @klein-concept  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      On the BMC i use the stock computer mount which came with a gopro adapter. On my other bikes i am mostly using some generic carbon upfront mounts from Aliexpress which normally also come with a gopro mount. There i attach the original DJI magnetic adapter.

      Thank you. So far i did not run into overheating as most of the time i use quick shot mode so only recording 30 second clips. But even on longer ones i think that the wind from riding is cooling it pretty well.

    @toomasvendelin ปีที่แล้ว +1

    How did you activate it? Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand, one cannot use the camera without activation, and the necessary app (DJI Mimo) is long banned from Google Playstore. Otherwise it looks to be the best fit for the bill. Thanks for the video!

    • @klein-concept
      @klein-concept  ปีที่แล้ว

    • @toomasvendelin
      @toomasvendelin ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know you can download it from DJI site, but I'm a bit hesitant to install a banned software on the same device that talks to my bank account. The must be a reason why it was removed from play store, and in all likelihood it is some security flaws. I'm not aware of any political spats between US and DJI...

      @@klein-concept Yes sure , so i bought this camera for my vacation , and i wanted to record in there , first i didnt like the battery life and then i said okey i will use it with powerbank so i grap a powerbank and went to walk and it was only 18 degrees and i got just 8 min recording time at 18 degrees while using with powerbank thats why i returned because this summer i will go to phiiphines and the weather in there is so hot , like 25 and 32 degrees thats why i returned and i ll buy go pro

    • @klein-concept
      @klein-concept  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheEminOfficial I fully understand. I was even able to record around 5 min in one go here but for my usecase thats not really a problem as i will be recording 30second or 1 minute clips while on the bike so there will be enough time to cool down in between. I also read that in these smallrig (or other metal) cases help with overheating but i think not to a degree that you might need if you want to use it as a proper vacation camera. Hope the GoPro will do a better job for you. Curious to hear what you think of it. Wish you a great time in the Philippines. 🤜🤛

    I bought this camera, and 3 days returned it. if your looking to run the camera by itself. look for seriously 10min or less of recording time when in 4k, if that. 100% not worth it, the recording time is terrible. the work flow is so slow, transferring your files is slow.

    • @klein-concept
      @klein-concept  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you are looking for long recording times in 4k i agree. For me it still works and i really enjoy it but my clips are mainly between 30 seconds and 2 minutes.

  • @ebospeed3339

    It’s not really a cyclist ultimate camera if need for safety recording for long hours. And not able to loop video if memory card is full. Was really tempted cos of the light weight,quality, functionality but put off by the short battery duration n non video looping. Basically need for any road accident recording instead of blogging.
