That is a classic Khaki Hamilton! Absolute Classic. However, some point in time, they got to use screw links and easy adjustable clasp. I believe it is about time. Thanks for the review, Rob. Good day!
This was an overdue release. I own the original 42mm (with the 80 hour movement), and love it. I have a friend with a 6.75" wrist that even owns one, since it has such short lug-to-lug. I did think there was room for one smaller, but bigger than the 36mm option. It is a shame it is no date, but I'm sure some people will prefer that. I do like the color options, but miss the lume on every minute marker. Sometimes I think I should have just stayed at that level and not gotten more expensive watches.
This is a pretty nice model to get a Flieger style watch without being too generic and looking like quite possibly 100s of others. It has its own thing going which i appreciate. Good scale down to 39mm and I also like no date and day on this new model. I just would have liked to have seen the Arabic numbers lumed up as well.
If it is a captured collar, then I am cool with that. If it is the kind of outer collar(s) found on some Seiko divers, I will just have to live with it.
@ for me on the fly isn’t a gimmick, after years of buying watches without it, I’ll never buy one again, also not using screws is annoying as a collector. Also many brands do IWC, JLC, Omega have started, CW do, so I disagree with you, but you’re entitled to your point of view
Love this. Was torn between this and the 36mm version. The 36mm dial seemed a bit too small, and thanks to the compact lugs on the 39mm (47mm L2L), this would go well on my 170mm wrist.
Needs screw adjusted links and lume on the numbers. These are easy improvements that should have been made. I'll stick with Laco.

$1k, those cheap bastards could've lumed every single printed marking.
If only it had a date...
Pin and collar, no on the fly, Swiss brand lets us down again with the bracelet
Absolutely

And only three positions of micro adjust on the clasp just to hammer the point home, lol.
It’s split pins not pin and collar, on the fly is a gimmick and most of the brands are not doing it

👍😊
Why skeleton hand!
For the gimmick of being able to see the inner hour track. I'm not a fan either but people like it
@@jubjub6330 yeah it makes sense, you can actually see the hour
So you don't miss the lack of lume on the numerals. 🥴
@@OG_Hashishin haven’t seen the whole clip to check the lack of lume but saw it now.. there are so many better options at that price-range
$1k: Pinned links, no on the fly adjust, and minimally lumed dial. I'd rather build another mod for 1/3 the price.
So much fail. Make a great watch, good specs, finishing etc... Lets ruin it with a lack of AR coating....
They perfected it
