Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Russia. During this visit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been awarded Russia's highest civilian honour, the 'Order of St. Andrew the Apostle'. This honour was given to PM Modi by Russian President Vladimir Putin. PM Modi has described this honour as an honour for 140 crore people of India.
