@@RevReads Thanks Shaun for the reply. My comment had more to do with methodology than with definition. I was suggesting that perhaps it is best to first begin with a discussion of what the Bible says about God's sovereignty then work that out into anthropology and soteriology. Not the other way around. IMHO I think the presupposition behind Pelagian, semi-pelagian, arminian, TULIP, and LOTUS has to do with the extent of God's Sovereignty. Love your show by the way. Well done brother!
Excellent panel Shawn, you should invite them all back to review, Ruined Sinners to Reclaim: when it comes out later this year. (especially the cat.)
LOTUS needs to get a presence on Google, Alexa, Wikipedia, etc. Right now all you get is the "sacred lotus." Can someone do that?
Not sure how to do that. The only thing I know to do is keep putting up LOTUS content.
I would suggest the key question is the sovereignty of God. Does the Bible teach that God is sovereign or not?
Yes God is sovereign but He doesn't control our decisions. He is sovereign over the way of salvation but allows us to believe or reject His way.
