You need to really *feel* it and get in a state of bliss and total belief. Completely ignore the 3d, that's the old story. And remember that you are the pedestal, you are amazing and deserve your manifestation. @ thank you so much ✨😊 i know all those coaches that you mentioned, i try to regulate my nervous system but sometimes when i’m in the thick of it, i’m in “fuck it” mode. I watched a video from madame deveaux channel and she talked about it’s okay to feel sad, emotions won’t manifest, your dominant thoughts will. So be sad and still know that your desire is yours and that helped because i can have my desires and still have a shitty day, so I’ll allow myself to feel sad but try to keep my thoughts in check 🤷♀️

I try to visualize or affirm but i get so triggered and my emotions get in the way and it feels physically and emotionally hard for me. Pls help?
