Well done! you are on the right path, just a little more refinement to your words - i.e. the last example, where you say no, Im making more money so I have to spend more money, my bills have gone up, not a great affirmation, can leave you in a zero sum game, where you are now making more money but you have more expenses so you arent getting anywhere, a better replacement - honestly, I always have more money than I need. Couple of things like that in there, if you listen through you will find them... keep going!!! Wish I had this level of knowledge at your age.
Thank you and I absolutely agree. My example though was intended for anyone who maybe didn’t believe in the extreme of “I always have enough” if faced with that, so it was maybe a good idea to add a milestone so the ego didn’t run a muck.
@@Thegoddessnix None of us really believe in our affimations when we start saying them. Its the part where being delusional comes in, its just about persisting until you do. I try not to mess with the middle, I always go straight to the end and stay there until reality bends or conforms. You are right in everything you have said, it should be easy and fun, you say it, sit in the knowing and whenever you fall out you use affirmations and reminders to take you back into your IAM state. Its no about how often you fall out ,but how quickly you get back into your state. And even when you do fall out, just assume it was perfect anyay and part of the unfolding. Whatever you assume you will always be right. Keep going, more like you are needed on youtube.
Hey I’m wondering why this one coworker is still in my reality..I affirm she is not a part in my story anymore she’s a bully and I’m done with her behaviour yet I work 3 out of my 5 shifts with her 😢 I’m wondering if I feel too much resistance as she applied to other jobs and nobody hired her..Is there something in me that I need to heal that she’s still in my life even though I know I would be so grateful and happy to see her walk out the door and never look back. I do believe a good self concept is key I must be focusing too much on the negative instead of the positive .. say when I hear positive stories of people changing their appearance yet I look in the mirror and then I get all upset at the 3D(my hair ) and same with this one coworker 😥
There is nothing to "reprogram" or "heal". You already are perfect. You need to tell yourself a new story about this situation and persist in it. That's where the techniques help. But do it from a place of knowing that you are the source of everything in your reality
