Every single way I make money online and in the real world. You've been asking for this video, so here it is: absolutely every way I make money online, as well as in what we call the physical world.
I've been wanting to create this video for a while. Not only because many of you have been asking for it, but because I wanted to inspire you to how many possibilities there are to earn an income online, as well as in the real world. Some of these may be out of your reach at the start (like real estate), though most of these methods you may be able to start capitalising on now with your existing knowledge. So if you're looking for a new side hustle, or something that could become your career, this video could be for you.
A lot of this is about diversification also, and showing you that I don't put all my eggs in one basket. Loads of links below, to everything mentioned in this video. And also, please let me know below if there's anything at all you think I may have missed!

Online courses, books, and coaching are ones I would use
She became a millionaire with her work but she's also a really good salesperson...which isn't bad. But the catch is she convinced a bunch of people that what she's selling will enrich THEIR lives. Presets, courses etc. I'm not degrading or questioning her talent or hard work, but that's the catch. She has a video where she launched a course or preset and 6K people bought it that day.
In short: have an audience.

What about people that are starting and don't want to pursue the path of a public figure ( author, TH-camr etch?) I feel that most of what is mentioned apply for people that are either financial stable or have an "audience" (can't find the correct word, sorry for the use of this word) following them. Love to see a video about that also

(I will still have to pay taxes though, which are INSANE in the Netherlands)... looking for ways to get out of this sick system but it's so difficult.

Hey Sorelle and Leon, thanks for sharing all the info! Love the way you do it and how you package the knowledge. I'd like to hear more about starting a business from the ground up and what things to look out for / establish at the very beginning. That would be an immense help for so many of us I think. Often we get wound up about all the things we would have to put in place, worrying about those, instead of starting. What would you say are the most crucial things to start a business?

I'm happy to say I relate to many of the streams. Though I'm not yet earning what you earn, I believe that the smaller amounts can only increase over time!
Real estate is the biggest and best!
Then comes silver, gold, coaching, online courses, TH-cam, freelancing, royalties from books and I agree that affiliates from Amazon is so low.
It takes time to grow and earn more and it comes with time and getting more know, like and trust factor, but yes, it is possible and I am continuing committed and determined!

It would be great to hear more about the tax set up, and having companies in different countries. I'm guessing Iceland has high tax rates. Seems like a minefield. A good accountant and lawyer probably help here.

However, I think that the majority of the methods mentioned to make money online require someone that already has an audience and a community that already knows him/her in order to sell a course/product, to have affiliate sales through youtube or having online events. I don’t think that these methods are accessible to someone who has no online presence, this is my opinion :).
I’m really curious to know your strategies for people with no audience :).

Hi Sorelle! Thanks again for another great video. I have a question regarding the “own nothing, control everything” concept.. when first investing in starting your own brand/business do you create a LLC then get a bank card under that business name?

I've been struggling for months because I have ideas of writing fiction, working in complimentary health care, doing music, starting a TH-cam channel and writing a doctor thesis but I didn't know which one to commit to. This is great, I love your videos Sorelle! I’m curious about length of time it took/takes you to build out each of these streams of income. I understand that real estate, the gold, and crypto can take years to reap the benefits of but What about your online ventures and your published book? Did it take you years or months to create these platforms? How many months did you give a project before deciding it was a success or failure?

This is great content! I’m wondering that before you had resources to invest in things like real estate did you ever take out any loans or get any external financing? i’m hesitant to do Angel investing or VC because they both take such a large chunk of your company.

Impressive again 👏 I would mainly bet on real estate too, and I'd love to renovate some places. Crypto, interesting concept, maybe the futur, but not sure yet to invest in, because the more I learn, the less it looks passive. Could you share any tips on choosing a bank for digital nomads / people who move a lot with each new job (the one which would allow international transactions without conversion hassles and not require a particular visa to open an account)?
I'm a Non-European working in the feature animation industry in Europe, which implies 1-2 year contracts for every film, so I move my bank each time I move to a new country :/

These are all great! I have made money through outsourcing freelance work and working as the middle man between companies and freelancers. It works really well and helps people looking for work find it and people looking for jobs to be done to find the right person to do it. I work on my own schedule and am working from home!

Thank you for the information! I've done freelancing, which I felt very so-so about, at least the kind I was doing. I'm really interested in making courses, and have one pretty far along in the works, but finding (making?) the space to film the videos for it has proven to be full of resistance. I'm looking to start a TH-cam channel, too, and already have a fair bit of footage to work with, but I think of editing and my brain goes "Woah! You don't know how to edit!" More resistance. Your videos are always a source of inspiration, and help me move more and more into a "Fuck it" mindset--that is, stop giving a fuck about the unimportant things, like fumbling, stumbling, and looking foolish, and give more fucks about the important things. Creation. Expansion. Fulfillment.
