I think a lot of people hear 'salisbury steak' and think 'institutional school cafeteria mystery meat' which is unfortunate because it's actually classic American comfort food. If you look at the comments under your recipe video showing how to make a proper homemade salisbury it turns out you changed a lot of hearts and minds concerning the dish.

That was a lot for one meal, unless you're really careful the rest of the day. It's easy to go way over the recommended daily intake. And while salt isn't the bogey man, that doctors claim it is. See the Japanese, who consume far more then Americans. It's an issue with obese and non active people, which is a major problem in the west.
The sealed potatoes will steam no matter nuked or baked. I guess if you remove the seal off the potatoes and add a bit of oil during the last 10 minutes of the bake, they might turn out better.

This probably already be said. I do believe the Mega is implying that it is larger than the regular box. For example, being 2 patties instead of one, or bigger/more items than standard box.
I love Larry’s descriptions but have to say, in this case, the gravy sauce looked more like elementry school flour paste glue than Elmer’s. But that may have been a trick of the camera.
I do find the MEGA meals to be fairly good, as far as the potato texture, its probably because even in the oven there is a lot of moisture in the meal (typical of frozen foods) so it just ends up steaming it more than roasting.

Salisbury steak has a very interesting history. Named after its creator, it was created as a cure for digestive disorders before the germ theory of disease had widespread acceptance. This is also true of Corn Flakes and Graham Crackers, which are not as delicious as Salisbury steak.
I have tried this one, I really enjoyed the potatoes. The rest was hard for me to taste but I did recently get part of my tounge removed so it is what it is. I would not put this combo together myself. But as I said my tasting is not what it used to be.
