I appreciate your videos after having spent the last few days in the Gorge area. Its amazing to watch and hear these huge beasts, even from the other side of the Gorge, eg from the Rowena viewpoint. I swear it looks like the engines on one of these trains leaves the town before the caboose has gotten into town.
Dated a conductor from Burlington Northern and he always cheated on me when he did his trips to tri- cities when I told him he was busted he said all the engineers and conductors cheat on their wives and girlfriends as you can guess we broke up come to find out he had been married 4 times!! Gee I wonder why?!
It isn’t bad. As long as you are on public property or at a crossing you are perfectly fine. Also, the plows on the locomotives and cars only hang out to the end of each sleeper. He was further away than they hang off the tracks.
