    I love this video and you!!!! We can take things so personally when people don’t get back to us. But you’re 100% right… it’s not personal. They are busy (just like we are) and we need to have compassion for them and their time.

    I have I client whom I called on for 4 years before I got their business, but when they finally did they purchased 2 high end properties from me and hired me to manage their real estate company and now we are on our second 500 plus units condominium project.

    Quick question:
    We have to touch base at least 7 times within 5 days before they hire us (80% of the time)
    I have leads that approached me by themselves but are not responding to any touches at all. Even after 2 weeks of consistent follow up.
    At what point should I call it quits and abandon the lead?
