  • Blessed to join Water for nations for one of their wells on the Kenya border near Tanzania. This is what will undoubtedly be the first of many Water well projects I'm a part of here. I am currently already raising money for the next well and other projects that will be funded through my organization. All glory is given to God, and I thank him for making all of this possible.

    And we think we have problems here 🤦🏼‍♀️ One of our most basic needs as human beings, clean water, these people have fought for every drop. Until now! This is such a heartwarming and beautiful video! So glad y’all do what you do. With God all things are possible!! ♥️♥️

      You should google and learn about Kenya. You may see cities as developed as USA. But people who go to Africa will never show you those parts.

      @@teresiawachira1034 There are plenty of videos like that on TH-cam. Our focus is on those who don't have access to clean safe water or the Gospel of Jesus Christ. tens of millions of people in East Africa alone don't have consistent access to clean safe water. I don't understand why the African people can't come together and figure out how to drill a well? It's mind-boggling! Water is the most basic and the most important necessity for all humans. All those people with plenty of free time can't figure out how to dig a well.. The Amish people live without any modern technology and their communities thrive! The Amish dig wells with very basic tools.. like African families the Amish also have 10 children in one family but their children are well fed, clean, educated, disease free, and taught to be hard workers! The Amish reject modern medicine and they refuse outside help.. yet they are extremely successful. They are talented and hard working farmers and craftsman who provide well for their families. There is a cultural problems in Africa, only the African people can change that. The Amish is proof that a community can be successful without any modern convinces.

    • @lightofeastafrica8017
      @lightofeastafrica8017  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there and thank you for your comment, poverty causes many problems and the kind of poverty you find in these areas are beyond anything we know in the west, the Amish don't live in Poverty, another thing to note is you can't just figure out how to drill a well when the water is 600 feet or more below the surface you need heavy machinery and a lot of money to access that water, many of these people lack basic education and the ability to read or write.
