Not sure which is the best but we usually visit Mahogany Market when hungry for some bulalo

Problema sa tagaytay walang magandang sidewalk
So boring and NOTHING special..

Mostly every place here looks the same. Unless you go to the province and the farm lands. And that all looks the same too.
Cool, but with all that fast food, you all gotta be suffering from high blood pressure or diabetes.
I'd love to see more of the mom and pop restaurants or places with good chefs
