Nice video , thanks . I have a good top spin on my forehand, I played with a old variSpin . I bought (3 weak ago) a rakza PO and aim to put it on my forehand. I do that because I need control and spin on my forehand. But I can no manage push from my opponent ! Do you have some video to manage that ?

初心者で、相手の回転のあるサーブが、まだまだわかってないんですが、
フォアに、横回転サーブが来たら、
どのように返せば良いのでしょうか😢😢😢
当たっても、相手のバック側の、
横に出て外れたり、オーバーしてしまいます。
自分は、面を相手に向けて、下から上へ剃りあげるようにしてやってるんですが・・・😢😢😢
お相手の方は、日本式ペンで、
ラケットを下に向けて、押し出すようなサーブです😢😢

試合を想定した練習をするのであれば、卓球台の真ん中の真ん中に横下だったら軽くループをかけて遅いボールで返す。横上だったら、早いタイミングであわせていれるだけでの練習をしてみましょう。高速ロングサーブに対するレシーブの理想は、相手のサーブの威力を利用した攻撃です。この動画を参考にしてください。とにかく練習あるのみです。
