  • This video shows how to make a simple versatile All in One Veg Curry recipe. This can be used as the base for making different recipes for breakfast, lunch,dinner or lunchbox or even tea time snacks recipe. It is hoped that this will be useful specially for beginners.
    The basic all in one sabji using simple combination of vegetables such as potato, tomato,beans,carrot,cauliflowe,peas and onions can be converted to make
    1 Veg sandwich toast
    2 South Indian porial
    3 Mixed veg rice
    4 Veg pakoda
    5 Veg kurma (side dish for chappathi)

    Thank you mam . I am also a South indian from Mangalore and enjoy watching your videos . Sometimes I learn a new recepie and sometimes I watch just to know if I am cooking correctly. Just saw your all in one veg video. You can also make very good veg patties by mixing sliced bread and shallow frying the same . It is a great healthy snack for kids.

    First of all mam, glad to see you back...You are so sincere and dedicated to your channel and your followers. My heartfelt good wishes to Mama . You take care of yourself too....you look tired.
    Your all in one recipe is not only tasty and healthy (as always) but a fantastic idea for women who are always in a hurry and have to cook up something nutritious in a giffy. One can make this sabzi and store it in the fridge for a couple of days and make several items out of it. Besides, depending on season, one can mix and match other vegetables to add variety to it. I especially liked the kurma idea for chappatis. If the sabzi cooked is less and not sufficient for all, one can make kurma and increase the volume. One more suggestion or idea struck me which I wish to share...one can cook dal (tuar / moong dal / masoor dal/ combination of any of them) and mix with the sabzi and make a new side dish which can be had either with rice or rotis.
    Thank you again for all your effort mam. I can speak on behalf of many here that you are spreading knowledge and happiness in several homes with your endeavours...

    That's the way I have been cooking all my life. there is no way I make meals every day I just cook something and from there next days I add something else and change the dish completeley, I never leave food to waste, besides I spend a lot less time at the stove

    Hi, I loved this one in 5 use of servicing beautiful and delicious foods. I would like to know can we store this sabji on next day use and how long we can store it.

      You can store for 3-4 days in the fridge
