I added red antifreeze to mine from the start. Seems to be fine so far. I've only filled my gun a few times and filled a 2.5 liter tank once. Seems to put out a lot of water. I cracked the bleed valve from time to time and let water bleed out. May have to find another way to rid the water. Like it so far.
I’m hoping someone does an in depth break down and rebuild of the cs-4. I use mine a lot and it’s slowing down. It’s weird because it goes faster toward higher pressure. I’d like to see an explanation of how all the stages work.
I'm planning on doing one when mine gets to that point - I have an earlier video where I do a partial tear down and explanation, that might get you started! If yours is slowing down it might just need the grease refilled
Not sure exactly, but a couple things to check Are they the right burst discs? Are you opening your bleed valve before you start? I'd recommend going in the GX pump Facebook page. The admin there rebuilds these and has an excellent technical knowledge of them.
Thank you 😊

You don't need to use a air filter for this when filling tanks to remove moisture?
It has a small built in filter, and where I live (desert) that's plenty for our humidity.
If you are in a humid area I definitely recommend it.

The manual says when it slows down it’s time to add grease. Turn the grease knob is you haven’t and see what happens.
@@craigmartin7299 I’m way past that. I have over 120 hours on the machine.
So you have to keep the black rubber thing under the grease pot in always? Doesn't this seal of the hole where the grease needs to go in?
Correct- it has a small hole that allows grease through. My understanding is that it allows only a small amount at a time through intentionally
Hey good afternoon, would you know where I can locate a piston for the GX CS3 compressor?
