House Flipper 2: Verdant Nook Tour

Sorry for the flickering at the start - despite the new update and a couple of bug fixes the game still doesn't have the lights sorted out.
I've practically demolished the house here - I couldn't sell the roof at the time I started it, which is why you can still see the garage roof outline from the back. You can still trace the original house footprint through the line of the main house roof and the garage roof.
Renovation cost 366,226 and sold for 548,500 with a profit of 136,053

Thanks Benjamin - I really wanted something more modern looking for some of these suburb house exteriors! I thought it was a bit unrealistic that they would all still have perfect period facades!!
