Can't blame the players for that. Havimg to travel for 25 hours immediately after the season had just ended isn't easy, or normal for anyone...regardless of how much they're paid
What a huge whinge from Eddie Howe about the travel and jet lag? After experiencing long flight travelling to Aus maybe UK and Euro centric football coaches and players understand what Asian and South American players have to endure when joining their teams in international breaks from Europe and then return back to their clubs afterwards and expected to perform as normal. Eg the Socceroos who are mostly European based have to make themselves available across the breadth and depth of Asia and Australia for 18 games during qualification and then return back to their clubs. EPL British and Euro managers & pros are soft
