Some people had problems with Clara, but I always liked her. She can keep up with the doctor and took even less of his shit than Amy did. Also, Jenna Coleman is just such a stunning woman that may have contributed to my enjoyment of her character.
well I liked her but I liked many companions more. Yes shes super cute, and very sexy except they don't show off the sex appeal that she has in Dr who, except a few scenes where, wow. But to me, especially the first season she was on, she overacted VERY much. Did better later, but really didn't like her the first season she was there.
It never hurts when companions are "easy on the eyes" and for your info that definitely applies to male characters like Captain Jack Harkness as well. This is a visual medium after all and while the Doctor can be as odd or other as times demand, appealing to the attractiveness of his/her/its (hah) companions has never gone wrong.
I always wished they'd kept this clara. i don't know why the companions always need to be from "present day". Oh well, this is my favorite clara itteration.
Kayra Youvmir Indeed many 8's companion Charley Pollard from the Edwardian Era, and one of 6's present Big Finish companions Constance Clarke is from the second world war unless I'm mistaken, i know it's sometime around that period. I can't remember all off the top of my head but there were many
I love the "majestic" fairytale theme that a lot of Moffat's, and especially Eleven's era has. The staircase to a cloud in the sky where there's a lonely man in a small house helping out doesn't go home with everyone, but I adore that idea and the imagery that comes with it. The music really helps sell it as well, and while I tend to love most of what Murray Gold does, Clara's theme is probably my favorite companion theme in the show, closely followed by Amy's. It's very distinctive, and with quite a fairytale feel to it. But the score in this episode overall is phenomenal. I enjoy the way this episode treats Eleven's grief, even though I can imagine it seemed a bit rushed to some people. Here, we get the sense that he's been sitting on that cloud, being sad and broken up about the Ponds for WHO KNOWS how long. And then Clara comes along, breaking down his walls and getting him out there... only for him to lose her too. Of course he breaks down over that. And then, THEN, he gets this idea in his head, he sees this impossible thing happening - someone who died, that he cared about, and they could come back! Just the concept of something like that, of course that would appeal to the Doctor, especially considering what he just came from with the Ponds. His glee at the end fits, as his calmer and quieter demeanor did in the very beginning. Also, him looking at Amy's glasses always makes me sad. But it's a small, beautiful scene that makes sure you know that no one has forgotten the Ponds. Also, I need to add: I also love Strax. Strax is amazing.
No, RTD simply had them hammer it in that this companion would die if something happened, then it happened, and she didn't die because RTD is terrible at continuity
Yeah as Moffat is terrible at character development and coherent story telling (and not being extraordinarily sexist even by the usual sexist TV standards, but that's beside the point). Seems our show runners all have big flaws oddly enough.
I rather enjoy the one word scene. At 6:20 when Vastra was testing Clara, and Clara answer back with "Words", that a call back to why Vastra wanted Clara to use only one word. P.S. 8:20 those glasses that the Doctor were wearing and is holding, are not his.
Clara can be divisive. For myself, I love her, particularly with the next Doctor, Capaldi’s. There’s something special in Coleman and Capaldi together. It’s up there with 2 and Jamie, and 4 and Sarah Jane for me. I could watch Coleman and Capaldi just trading banter for an entire episode and be happy.
To be honest, I think Clara is only divisive on "the internet," and then only among a few thousand of the most vocal fans. If you polled the entire fandom (millions of people), I have no doubt that the vast majority liked her. I for one loved her. She's my favorite Companion, and her time with Eleven are the episodes I rewatch the most. Just magical chemistry. I do like her with Twelve too....just not as much.
Matt Smith actually auditioned for Sherlock I can't remember wether it was for Holmes or Watson he didn't get whichever part but Steven Moffat kept him in mind for the eleventh doctor
Mine too, I've been waiting for so long for someone to get to her, and now it's happened (kind of, well it already did happen back in Asylum of the Daleks ;))
I personally love it. I think, it´s a shame, that they put so much effort into the new look so late into Matt Smith´s run! Why not give every Doctor a slightly new TARDIS interior? I mean, they even did it back in Classic Who, as far as I know...
Clara is a divisive companion in the doctor who world. Some love her some don't, all i can say is that Clara has the best theme song of all the companions. and it is easily noticeable. As always, I love your Doctor Who reactions, and i was with you on the last episode, not the best departure of a companion, that still belongs to rose, but still emotional.
At the start yes. All companions get that hate at the beginning because we have fallen attached to the previous ones, but it seems Clara is one of those companions, that a lot of people hate even until now. Primary complaint was.. well i cant spoil the future episodes, but as a whovian, you know what the clamor is.
Oohhh, deep cut Roger, not a lot of whovians now, wont recognize that name. A lot just started watching the 2005 relaunch of Doctor who with Eccleston.
Roger O'Donnell I'm not sure how true this is, but it seems they got rid of Liz Shaw because strong intelligent companions didn't appeal, so they replaced her with as The Brigadier put it "someone to pass you test tubes and tell you how brilliant you are". FYI, I like Jo Grant a lot but she was a little irritating at the start
So this episode established that in the Who universe Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character and that Holmes & Watson are based on Vastra and Jenny. Does that mean Mrs. Hudson is based on Strax? My favorite line from this episode, "I never know. I only know who." I feel it applies to why I am drawn to certain people and not others.
Oh there's some damn good stuff coming. Not sure about everyone else because it's so subjective but I loved Series 7.2, and that version of the Tardis is my favourite one, and I was lucky enough to visit it a few months ago just before they filmed this years Xmas Special.
Richard E Grant back in Doctor Who again, interestingly enough he was in 3 episodes of GoT, but this was 4 years before that. Grant's had 2 other Doctor Who appearances though, both as a version of the Doctor; his first was a Comic Relief comedy special Doctor Who and the Curse of Fatal Death, a special where the Doctor regenerated a lot, from Rowan Atkinson to Grant to Jim Broadbent to Hugh Grant to finally Joanna Lumley, the second time was in an animated webcast called Scream of the Shalka. Also Ian McKellen (Gandalf) was the voice of the Grand Intelligence Machine
dannybob42 "he was in 3 episodes of GoT, but that was 4 years before this" The Snowmen aired in 2012, GoT's first season started in 2011, 2012-4=2008, there was not GoT in 2008, so correct your statement, mr. Wikipedia.
This was one of the episodes I've been waiting for you to react to as it's one of my favorites! :) I hope you enjoyed it! I also ended up watching this quite soon after the last episode when I first watched through the series. I was definitely both confused and surprised by Asylum of the Daleks and this special. I can't wait to see what you think of the rest of the season! :)
Claras mystery is a great one you're gonna love it. It just dawn on me that you're on Clara which means...well I'm just gonna say 50th and say I'm very excited for that reaction
This being said, this origin story for it goes very heavily against it's classic series origin story, and is pretty much dropped from canon (In the sense that this is not considered it's origin, just it's first interaction with humans, not that the story didn't happen)
I spent this whole video smiling omg. I've spent this week rewatching the second half of s7 in anticipation of this and your upcoming reactions. Clara is my fave and this run of episodes right up to the anniversary and the next Christmas special is certainly a treat. I hope you enjoy it :)
Yes, you're right. We had a break (of sorts) between Season 7 Pt 1 and P2 - with Christmas being in the middle. I agree the voice of the snowman was creepy/scary! Clara - Trust me...CONFUSED were we all! Winter is coming! HA HA! Loved it! OMG! I have one of those coffee cups! I TOTALLY LOVE STRAX!!
When the doctor asks what she said I love the look on Jenny's face she is so excited she clearly knows that the word pond doesn't bring the doctor round nothing will
Fact you may not know that the biscuit tin with the map of the London Underground with a strategic weak point, is how the GT invaded London and battled against the Second Doctor. This episode, the previous episode and The Bells of Saint John was brilliantly done and awesome to boot.
I always feel like, the amy and rory companionship was like the Doctors high school buddies, and now hes off on his own, and clara was like his fun loving colelge roomie lmao
Fun fact: Jenna Coleman was actually announced before season 7 started, but Moffat told everyone she wouldn't appear until "Christmas." What did the Doctor say to the Daleks just before Oswin appeared in 7x01? "Well come on then. You’ve got me. What are you waiting for? At long last! It’s Christmas!"
Fab reactions. I really love this episode, the Victorian setting works so well in Dr Who and the Paternoster gang are a joy. An intriguing set up for the remainder of the season and can't wait to see what you make of it!
Hi, I`m glad you seem to enjoy the Xmas specials as I do. In my case, they were originally a treat when Dr.Who fell on Xmas Day in Classic. With Nu-Who they are an absolute part of the day, even though they are not always light relief. :)
Yeah, we did know when Amy and Rory were leaving. That's actually one of the things I hate about being a Doctor Who fan; the BBC is more than happy to spoil their own show, letting us know when companions and Doctors leave and who the next Doctor is beforehand. You're actually in a far better position than we are, getting to go into it blind and not knowing what's coming. :D I never really liked this episode but I'm glad you liked Strax. :)
It was funny for us first time around too! Amy and Rory's departure for 7x05 and the new companion were both revealed before 7x01 aired back in early 2012, but we were surprised to see the new actress in the first episode - it was kept a secret before broadcast! That's when we got skeptical about what Moffat (the show runner) might be cooking up for the season...
I asked her on patreon if she was going to and also suggested to watch it before the 50th anniversary episode and she said she said it was on her list so yes she will ;)
We were confused too after the Dalek premiere. The actress had already been confirmed as the new companion, starting halfway through the season, but there she was in the first episode, dying, and not knowing the Doctor.
By the way the enemy in this episode (The Great Intelligence) is an enemy that The Doctor has faced before back in the 60s with Patrick Troughton, which is why he says "the name rings a bell" or something along those lines at one point in the episode
Regards the 'majestic moments' 11's time is very much a fairy-tale, with fairy-tale imagery from time to time too, such as the spiral staircase leading to the TARDIS on a cloud. With Amy and Rory's time in hindsight its all more obvious- Amy-Princess, Rory- Prince, Madame Kovarian- Evil Witch that steals their baby away and leaves a changling in its place, River- good fairy as she appears out of thin air usually and has knowledge of future events and helps the Princess, and the Doctor of course, the good magician that sets the fairy-tale in motion. Fairy-tale motifs appear all over the place throughout 11's run I am sure you will spot plenty of your own if you look back over Amy and Rory's story with an eye for it.
Bitch to Sweet Clara ?!! You must be a New Yorker !! Lol : D Clara , a Great companion to Amy and the 2nd best one ever, Smart, Brave & Adorable !! Amy/ Clara : )
Zak, I would hug you for that comment if I could. I love those two from one of my all time favorite Tom Baker storylines! I only recently discovered that there are Big Finish audio dramas of them and I have to get that as soon as I can!
UncleMilo The first five boxsets are on Spotify and YES! Listen to them, in my opinion it is THE best Dr Who spin off. Jago and Litefoot are so wonderful
I don't think it's a spoiler to say that, while decisive, the majority of people agree that Clara had a much better dynamic with the 12th Doctor than the 11th.
DarthRushy I like it, Clara is not always sweet and pleasant, she can really gets on your nerve at times, but that is what makes the relationship interesting.
MyAbridged agreed, the only thing i really disliked about Clara was that by her final proper episode Hell Bent, they had somehow managed to make her the second most important character in the shows history.
I cant decide weather I like amy or clara best, a lot of people prefer amy I know. Please don't put any hate if your gunna tell me which is your fav companion, just say 'I like ____' and be done with it, I hate having hate on charecters.
delete this, 1 its a spoiler and 2 I said I don't want anyone to explain hate because I don't like hate, so stop explaining hate. I JUST said comment Which you like and NOTHING MORE, don't you listen?
I'm so happy that you have reached Clara's run as companion. She is my favourite, I won't go into why because of spoilers but I just adore her and what her relationship with the Doctor develops into. I re-watched this episode yesterday and a whole other layer occurred to me that hadn't before. It's probably obvious but the theme of the snow and ice reflecting is actually repeated through all aspects of the episode, everything is reflecting something else. I could give loads of examples (such as the boy wanting to play alone reflecting the Doctor's self imposed isolation) but the main thing is that the ice and snow are reflecting the Doctor's various stages of grief which is finally over when it turns to tears. Without giving away any spoilers, the next episode has some of the most adorable Matt Smith moments for me. It's nothing significant just him being him.
I don't think they knew that The Web of Fear (a missing 2nd Doctor serial) which is the second Great Intelligence story was found in 2013 , there had been rumours but I don't think they had got it
She was announced to be the new Assistant before the series started and we knew Amy and Rory were leaving, but the Soufle Girl was an early surprise which didn't leak before the show aired.
Yeah, definitely a surprise! We were told she'd be the next companion, but little did we know that she'd appear in the beginning of the series as someone else! Or...sort of someone else? The wording is hard.
I fucking LOVE your reactions and comments. Never stop being you/(thank you for being you), as I feel some do after getting more and more popular. You are so awesome, girl!
"Good evening. I'm a lizard woman from the dawn of time, and this is my wife" I love this line.
Some people had problems with Clara, but I always liked her. She can keep up with the doctor and took even less of his shit than Amy did. Also, Jenna Coleman is just such a stunning woman that may have contributed to my enjoyment of her character.

Loved her in S7
Hated her in S8
Liked her in S9
She just stayed too long. The should have found a new companion instead of giving her a third season
@@eolsunder Jenna is more classy, she doesn’t show off her body. In fact, there is only one photo of her where you can see her midriff.
I always wished they'd kept this clara. i don't know why the companions always need to be from "present day". Oh well, this is my favorite clara itteration.
davidmtgregorio Try the Big Finish audios - quite a few companions there are from the past.
The last Victorian companion on TV was with #2
Roger O'Donnell Victoria Waterfield...r.i.p. Deborah Watling :'(
Kayra Youvmir Indeed many 8's companion Charley Pollard from the Edwardian Era, and one of 6's present Big Finish companions Constance Clarke is from the second world war unless I'm mistaken, i know it's sometime around that period. I can't remember all off the top of my head but there were many
I agree. This version of Clara was my favourite.
Mat Smith's run was very magical.
It was a fairytale
That's the perfect way to put it. 10 had a lot of charm, but 11's story arcs always resonated with me more.
RTD era was magical too for me... also budgets...😆
Absolutely!
I love that they used a variation on the "Sherlock" theme when he comes in pretending to be SH!
It's actually not at all
@@archive9796 Yes it is
Oswin Pond it’s not a variation of the Sherlock theme it’s a track just written for this episode
Having a violin doesn’t make it the same
@@archive9796 Of course it's not a variation of the Sherlock's theme, it's more of an imitation
I love the "majestic" fairytale theme that a lot of Moffat's, and especially Eleven's era has. Fun Fact: The Great Intelligence was voiced by Ian McKellen, aka Magneto and Gandalf.
Fuck, now that you´re saying this, I noticed!! Wow!!! How awesome is that!! I have to tell my friend, who´s obsessed with Lord of the Rings!!
OMG, please add a time code next time! 16:23 just sent shivers down my spine!!
Holy shit no way!
I did not know that thank you for letting us know.
"If she goes kersplat, she won't be the new companions..."
We're not going to let a little thing like death stop us, are we? :)
It's Moffat so of course not
ITM 31 - I mean ... RTD didn't kill anyone either.
No, RTD simply had them hammer it in that this companion would die if something happened, then it happened, and she didn't die because RTD is terrible at continuity
RTD killed hundreds of side characters though
Yeah as Moffat is terrible at character development and coherent story telling (and not being extraordinarily sexist even by the usual sexist TV standards, but that's beside the point). Seems our show runners all have big flaws oddly enough.
Clara"s theme is just the most beautiful piece, it's little chords that just follow through her magic moments
I rather enjoy the one word scene. At 6:20 when Vastra was testing Clara, and Clara answer back with "Words", that a call back to why Vastra wanted Clara to use only one word.
P.S. 8:20 those glasses that the Doctor were wearing and is holding, are not his.
Some may disagree, but Clara is one of my favourite companions. A lot of good stuff to come.
always love that "smaller on the outside" line.
5 years ago. "The Angels Take Manhattan" (Originally broadcast 29 September 2012)
I always loved both Romanas with 4th doctor. Still Romana 1 is the most glamorous companion to travel in Tardis.
Fun Fact: Moffat almost picked Matt Smith to play John Watson on "Sherlock".
Matt Smith actually auditioned for Sherlock I can't remember wether it was for Holmes or Watson he didn't get whichever part but Steven Moffat kept him in mind for the eleventh doctor
He auditioned for Watson.
No he auditioned for the role of Watson but Moffat thought he was too Sherlock but asked him to come to the audition for 11
Sherlock's loss, our gain. Matt is my all time favorite in the role.
Actually it worked out good for both shows. I just can't see Matt as John Watson. I'm glad they chose Martin Freeman instead.
I loved amy, I truly did. She was my favourite companion ever. But Clara quickly won my heart and became my new favourite. She's fantastic...
"I'm the clever one, you're the potato one." I forgot about that line and am now having a laughing-coughing fit.
I love Clara's theme song. nice piano, I can play it too.
Clara goes on to become my fav companion.
Mine too, I've been waiting for so long for someone to get to her, and now it's happened (kind of, well it already did happen back in Asylum of the Daleks ;))
The piano theme kinda represents her in a way, she is kind and loving and caring to everybody, even children.
I tried playing it on guitar, it sounded great.
I think my favorite companion theme is Amy's. But I love Clara's too. I mean, Murray Gold is a genius no matter what.
'Sherlock' AND 'Game of Thrones' references in 'Doctor Who'. I love it!!!
Oh my! I'm excited to see a reaction to this, I've never seen anyone to react to this episode before and your reactions are the best! Exciting!
Thoughts on the new TARDIS interior by the way? To be honest I wasn't even sure if you realised it was different.
Finch same I was waiting for that part but she had no reaction :(
She did notice, just didn't react too much
That was my favourite part.
I personally love it. I think, it´s a shame, that they put so much effort into the new look so late into Matt Smith´s run! Why not give every Doctor a slightly new TARDIS interior? I mean, they even did it back in Classic Who, as far as I know...
My fav new TARDIS Interior!
Jess seeing the new TARDIS interior: *Oh, you've redecorated! I don't like it.*

okay captain pedantic if we wanna play that game there was NO GoT in 2008, not there was 'not GoT in 2008'. You knew what I meant
dannybob42 I really don't...
Strax is one of my favourite doctor who characters. Episodes featuring him are always delightfully comical.
"Don't talk to them, they're silly." Give me goosebumps everytime I hear that.
This episode cemented Strax as one of my favorite non-companion companions ever
One of 11s themes is called
The Majestic tale of a mad man with a box
This was one of the episodes I've been waiting for you to react to as it's one of my favorites! :) I hope you enjoyed it! The Great Intelligence is a classic who villain, this story serves as an origin for it.
Except the Classic Snowmen were the abominable ones (Yeties).
Big missed opportunity :( this would have been a great episode to bring back The Yeti
Well it's not really an origin story as we don't know how GI came in to being
Voiced by Magneto and Gandalf
This being said, this origin story for it goes very heavily against it's classic series origin story, and is pretty much dropped from canon (In the sense that this is not considered it's origin, just it's first interaction with humans, not that the story didn't happen)
"Kindness" perfectly sums up the Doctor!
'i don't believe in ghosts she says, while touching a gravestone with HER OWN NAME on it.
I spent this whole video smiling omg. I've spent this week rewatching the second half of s7 in anticipation of this and your upcoming reactions. Clara is my fave and this run of episodes right up to the anniversary and the next Christmas special is certainly a treat. I hope you enjoy it :)
The Bells of Saint John: A Prequel, please!!!
Moffatt was so upset that you didn’t cry when Clara said “Pond”.
"Bitch, you could fall though." Always look forward to your reactions. They are the best.
I never realised till now that the Doctors glasses are Amy's from The Angels Take Manhatten.
When the doctor asks what she said I love the look on Jenny's face she is so excited she clearly knows that the word pond doesn't bring the doctor round nothing will
The one word test will always sucker punch me right in the gut. The Doctor taking off Amy's glasses to look at them. It's just great.
The 7th Doctor actually teamed up with Sherlock Holmes his companion Benny went on a date with Watson
Strax is the best !
Shut your mouth boy
He declared war on the moon
I'd love to see him turn bad and join his comrade Sontarans and become a war mongering evil SOB.
"That's... No, thank you" hahahaha XD
But if you stay on the ground you don't get to run with the Doctor, always go down the spooky corridor, or up spooky ladder in this case.
Fact you may not know that the biscuit tin with the map of the London Underground with a strategic weak point, is how the GT invaded London and battled against the Second Doctor. This episode, the previous episode and The Bells of Saint John was brilliantly done and awesome to boot.

Gotta love the Paternoster Gang. :)
An intriguing set up for the remainder of the season and can't wait to see what you make of it!
non spoiler for you the great intelligence first appeared way back in the 60s with the second doctor 1968 i believe.
Another very enjoyable reaction! Glad you liked it, and yes, you're not crazy!
With Doctor Who - Always expect the unexpected.
damn, I think this was the best christmas special ever
EvroMalarkey strongly disagree
Well on TV yeh
The Feast of Steven was by far the best Christmas special
@MyAbridged can't argue with that
Nope it was chimes of midnight
Your reaction to Vastra getting punched in the face XD it’s just the best
Hi, I`m glad you seem to enjoy the Xmas specials as I do. In my case, they were originally a treat when Dr.Who fell on Xmas Day in Classic. With Nu-Who they are an absolute part of the day, even though they are not always light relief. :)
Almost without challenge, my favourite Christmas episode. Just leaves you wanting more of the Paternoster Gang, and the redemption of the Doctor.
Some wonky times ahead, but this is the beginning of the period where reactions are most interesting to see. Enjoy!
JENNA
Eeeeee! It's Clara tiiiime!
"Perhaps the universe makes bargains after all." Someone new to love, a new mystery to solve. Just the thing to draw the Doctor out of his depression.
I never really liked this episode but I'm glad you liked Strax.
Jess, will you be reviewing 'An adventure in space and time'?
It's one of the 50th anniversary specials so if she does I hope she sees it then
I asked her on patreon if she was going to and also suggested to watch it before the 50th anniversary episode and she said she said it was on her list so yes she will ;)
We were confused too after the Dalek premiere. The actress had already been confirmed as the new companion, starting halfway through the season, but there she was in the first episode, dying, and not knowing the Doctor.
Yes, you got to Clara! Her and the companion after her are my two favorites. I hope you like them as well
Your face at the new TARDIS interior LOL
By the way the enemy in this episode (The Great Intelligence) is an enemy that The Doctor has faced before back in the 60s with Patrick Troughton, which is why he says "the name rings a bell" or something along those lines at one point in the episode
Yay it's here 😆
Regards the 'majestic moments' 11's time is very much a fairy-tale, with fairy-tale imagery from time to time too, such as the spiral staircase leading to the TARDIS on a cloud.
Please react to "The Bells of Saint John: A Prequel - Doctor Who Series 7 Part 2" before you watch the next episode. #webisode
It's a nice mini episode but I think it would be fine if Jess just watched it.
id be happy if she just watched it , more important for me would be Night of the Doctor before Day of the Doctor
She should watch them just don't need a reaction video for them, apart for Night of the Doctor!
We all need to see that reaction!
Looking forward to more Doctor Who reactions, the second half of series 7 is pretty divisive but I personally really like it a lot.
"That's terrifying" before you even got the the carnivorous snowmen. Yeah, that scene is sure to go over well with you!
This is a great episode! A great way to begin 11's next part of his journey after losing the Pond's. Such big moments coming soon!
Bitch to Sweet Clara ?!! You must be a New Yorker !! Lol : D
Clara , a Great companion to Amy and the 2nd best one ever, Smart, Brave & Adorable !!
Amy/ Clara : )
What do you think of the new TARDIS?
I had to stop your video at one point as I was laughing so much!
*Ker-Splat!*
"OMG!"
🤣🤣🤣
Did you notice that was Sir Ian Mckellen doing the voice of the Great Intelligence?
Ahh yes my 11th Incarnation those were the days
Welcome to the "Paternoster Gang"........
Those guys need a spin-off series!
I wish they could have met Jago and Litefoot :( RIP Trevor Baxter
Zak, I would hug you for that comment if I could. I love those two from one of my all time favorite Tom Baker storylines! I only recently discovered that there are Big Finish audio dramas of them and I have to get that as soon as I can!
UncleMilo The first five boxsets are on Spotify and YES! Listen to them, in my opinion it is THE best Dr Who spin off. Jago and Litefoot are so wonderful
They did meet Strax, at least...
Same 3:32 that's me every time I watch this episode. I immediately think of Game of thrones
Good strategy for avoiding spoilers. It helps keep your reactions genuine.
I don't think it's a spoiler to say that, while decisive, the majority of people agree that Clara had a much better dynamic with the 12th Doctor than the 11th.
It kind of is, in that it indicates one of the companions to a future Doctor.
MyAbridged You kidding me? I hated her with 12.
MyAbridged yeah, I loved her way more with 12, their friendship was really interesting
DarthRushy
I like it, Clara is not always sweet and pleasant, she can really gets on your nerve at times, but that is what makes the relationship interesting.
MyAbridged agreed, the only thing i really disliked about Clara was that by her final proper episode Hell Bent, they had somehow managed to make her the second most important character in the shows history.
Definitely one of my favourite Christmas specials

Funny: Matt Smith is giving me a strange Colin Firth vibe in this particular shot!!
I cant decide weather I like amy or clara best, a lot of people prefer amy I know. Please don't put any hate if your gunna tell me which is your fav companion, just say 'I like ____' and be done with it, I hate having hate on charecters.
I had the same issue at first. I wound up leaning towards Clara. I don't understand the hate.
Clara's my favourite, I'm able to rank the companions, but won't show it, though I have before.
Actually most people, I´ve heard, prefer Donna!
Personally I have to say, as a long term fan, my favourite companion is either Martha or Ace!
delete this, 1 its a spoiler and 2 I said I don't want anyone to explain hate because I don't like hate, so stop explaining hate. I JUST said comment Which you like and NOTHING MORE, don't you listen?
SHE HATES EPISODE NAMES TOO DELETE IT NOW!
My favourite TV Xmas special
Merry Christmas yet again! :D
I fucking LOVE your reactions and comments. Never stop being you/(thank you for being you), as I feel some do after getting more and more popular. You are so awesome, girl!
Let the "Impossible Girl" storyline begin! Run. Run you clever boy and remember.
"I'm confused"... pretty much describes this entire series.
I wish we could have gotten Victorian Clara instead of modern Clara
Did you watch the minisode " the great detective " ?
Anyway, have fun with this brand new adventure ! :))
