I feel like one thing that’s kinda worth mentioning is *the fact that if you whiff, you literally just die.*
Game and watch's down special (bucket) also kills at 0% if you have bucketed fully charged pk flash and brings the opponent from 0 to 75%ish
I'm sure it's max damage is around 60% as well

I'm surprised that I didn't see timber (villager's tree) or that I didn't see oil panic (G&W's bucket) with PK flash.

Pk flash is good and all but its out shines by pk thunder. Pk thunder can edge guard and set up the pk tackle with the right mix up *cough Pk freeze kills too early cough* cough*

It looks like he didn't include any move that requires the opponent to do a specific action. Makes sense, because if you did, you'd have to include every counter and reflect move that adds a multiplier.

I reckon that Dedede’s Jet Hammer didn’t get a fair shot. It’s knockback is actually strongest the moment right before it’s fully charged, so it’ll kill at a much earlier percentage (around 30%). It should probably be on the list!

@@quintonwashington3946 it can kill at around 35% on middleweight (I used Mii SwordFighter) and it's also a very useful edgeuard tool (it hits below the stage)

Pkt2 isn't that bad. Unless we talking as a recovery. Pkt itself sets up into it so it can kill sooner sometimes. Granted pkt2 still counts towards how stale pkt is in general so in general pkt2 can be pretty weak if Ness is spamming pkt in general.
i was gonna say that, but it would kinda ruin the joke, you are right though pkt is a good move, definitely the best out of any in this list
FunnyBoy707 Your sleeping on shield breaker too. It’s a great mix up that has a very high reward if you break the opponent’s shield. MKLeo has landed it numerous times in tournament, for example
Naqromancer this video specifies the fully charged version, but the non charged one is quick and good yeah
Flare blade is also useful, when slightly charged is safe on shield with little endlag and deals good damage/shield damage if it hits. Can also 2 frame nicely.

I feel like Peach and Daisy's bob-omb attack should've counted because using your logic on Mr. Game and Watch's Judge, even though Peach and Daisy's bob-omb attack has a low chance of getting drawn out (like Judge), it has the same power whenever you throw it(also like Judge).

Apparently, Hero's magic burst can kill at 0% but only if the blast zone ceiling is low. I did this on Big Blue at the start of a match.
ACTUALLY! ERROR! Luigi's Fire Jump Punch (sweetspotted up-b) kills starting at 28%! This would place it number... 5.

I was expecting a Hero fully charged side special, a Warlock Punch, Rest and a KO Punch. In the end, wasn't surprised with the results.

Ness's pk thunder is invincible him leaving ness so you can attack them once then hit ness into mario killing at 21% making it better than heros majic burst
But somehow, if you attack PK thunder 2, Ness will stop briefly after he gets hit, so Belmonts, Corrin, Byleth and Min Min (and possibly other characters) can completely deny Ness getting back if he uses Thunder Tackle

I agree with not including Peach's Down-B pulling a bob-omb, since the bob-omb isnt _actually_ part of her moveset

Ness's up B would be number one in terms of utility overall. Did you see how fast he could use it?! He can even pull it out in a tricky way when he has his opponent in the air in disadvantage state, bobbing between shocking the opponent with the tail before hitting himself into them if they dodge wrong or go in for an attempt to punish. Ness's attack is basically the only one on this list with that kind of utility.
Game & Watch would be 2nd or lower in usefulness for having a throw combo.
I have done the tests, and sephiroths gigaflare now beats straight lunge, falcon punch, skull bash, and ties with Marths shield breaker
I love using the Shield Stab with Marth (the Neutral B) because even though it doesn't have that much usage except for shield breaking and some kill option with the tipper it certainly looks really cool to stab someone with a fully charged Shield Stab! Couple that with the tipper and you probably have one of the strongest attacks in the whole game.
(PS: Also like Roy's Neutral B, really good, but also extremely powerful and cool!)

one day, i was on training as hero, i got the option to use hocus pocus on down B (which already has a lot of RNG), used it and got thwack (even more rng) and guess what... IT KILLED.

probably wouldnt count but isabelle/villager's pocket when they have hero's fully charged neutral B, can kill around 4%

I like how a lot of these are pretty hard to connect (especially Ganondorf) and then at the end, Roy and Chrom are just like “BOOM BITCH!”

I kinda feel like thunder could be up there for pichu since A. It spikes at 0 and B is confirmed to be stronger than Pikachu. I do see why thunder may not be on the list though but it still spikes at zero basically.
I remember countering roy’s fully charged neutral b as roy and killing at 0 percent with a counter
When Roy's Flare Blade is fully charged, it deals more damage than his Final Smash
Something you forgot to mention was that Hero’s “Thwack” and insta-kill at about 75 percent or higher
I’ve tried thwacking while my opponent was at 100 a few times but it didn’t work half of the time. It’s 150% or more that guarantees a kill. That said, it does have a chance to kill at 0%.

didnt think id see roy but saw him at the end lol. Im a roy main and ive gotten some stupid low percent kills with fully charged neutral B when ledge gaurding oh charging it and the opponent just runs in to it

I've pulled off ganons strongest warlock punch without items or platforms.. killed lvl 9 Bowser with it. He hit me in the air while going off stage, so I did reverse warlock punch and stage spiked em

Fitting that Roy and Ganon had the most powerful specials, given people can safely say they're at kill percent against them at like 40.
You forgot Hero's Oomph + Psyche Up + Hocus Pocus (Super Mushroom effect) + Hatchet man. Kills at 0%. Sometimes you don't even need Hocus Pocus depending on the opponents weight and position on the stage.
what about smash with shulk or max revenge incineroar is that banned?

No it doesn't. When fully charged, it doesn't come close to killing at the center which is where this is tested.
I was saying that when your opponent is at lets say over 200% aerial reverse warlock punch is stronger than flare blade.
If G&W absorbs a powerful move like Snake's F-smash it can kill at 0% too
Some of these are rare to hit so K.O Punch, Kirbys Hammer Flip, And I guess hero's Full magic Burst Are The Strongest.
Ive never heard someone refer to PK rocket / PK thunder 2 as thunder tackle
0:15 sorry, but Cloud and Shulk taught me that just because an attack does more damage doesn't mean that the opponent will launch further
Cool vid, but shouldn’t Dedede’s hammer at least be higher than Kirby’s? It’s definitely more powerful, and isn’t even on the list. Ah well, it probably has less base knockback and more knockback growth. C'est la vie.
I think Kirby's has better knockback, while Dedede has better everything else.
