Nice shooting. I love my RIA Tac Ultra. Get yourself a few Taylor Freelance +4 mag extesions and you'll eliminate the issue with the seating of the magazines. The also have magwells for the pistol. Good video, enjot the pistol.
I looked for years, and in 2015 settled for the single stack Tac Ultra FS 9mm/22tcm combo. Then in 2021 found the 5” Pro Ultra match FS HC which is even better than the Tac Ultra. Better sights, trigger pull, has a bull barrel, rounded off safety edges, and front serrations on the grip. It corrected everything I saw other videos complain about in the Tac Ultra. It’s the competition version. They still have some around if you look the SKU was 56645. I definitely recommend it if your still looking for the Tac Ultra.
Both. HST 9mm 125gr +p. Same issue. It's either the mags, extractor or this gun can only function reliably when it's super, super clean. Rock Island Armory recommended a 500rd break in period. I am at like 300+ now.
@@elijohnsonakaecm5787 ummm that was the first batch that had problems I watch countless vids everyone buying them now are not having problems…but you like what you like..also is that gun only 2 hundred less than the prodigy??
@@adrienhasell2038 This was 800. The Prodigys I saw were 1200 to 1500. Also look up some of the vids that compare the two guns side by side. You might be surprised.
Mine ships to my ffl Tuesday and I'm already impatient

Thanks. I'll look those mag extensions up.
Completely agree Taylor Freelance +4 base pads fit the RIA magwell perfectly. I’ve had no issues with mine, and it looks awesome.
@@Chronikpain Thanks!
I put the TLR9, Looking to add a dot
Mine is the same with having to slam the full mag in on a closed slide. If you file off some of the inside of the magwell it should help with loading.
Thanks. I am no longer having that problem but I will try it if I have it again.
@@elijohnsonakaecm5787 most likely the plastic basepad compressed itself after use.
If you can find one!!!!!😭
TRUE!

Have you tried defensive ammo on this piece or just range ammo?

Next video ok 👌
Soon.
Wait you like that over a prodigy??…
The Prodigy has been proven to have many issues. It's more expensive too. Look at some vids. Guys with Prodigys have been having a lot of problems.
