    Here's a fun and intense 15 minute kettlebell flow workout and we're working specifically on swings and snatches today. Want to improve your conditioning and endurance? This workout is for you! It's only 15 minutes long and we're using a single kettlebell. Let's go!!
    5 EXERCISE COMBO | 10 ROUNDS
    You will need: 1x Kettlebell // (I am using): 1x 16kg Kettlebell
    HIIT STYLE
    1MIN WORK
    30SEC REST
    DEAD SWING
    HIGH PULL
    HALF SNATCH
    SQUAT
    BACK TO DEAD
    X10 ROUNDS

      Yellow = 16kg, purple = 20kg

      Color coded
      Blue - 12kg
      Yellow - 16kg
      Purple - 20kg
      Green - 24kg
      Orange - 28kg
      Red - 32kg
