17th Avenue Railroad Crossing, Nashville, TN

- This was the only train and crossing I saw on April 20, 2019. That day, I went over to Nashville, TN so I could record another crossing that was on the high priority list. I chose 17th Avenue because it still retained both WRRS Mechanical Bells. But I had to wait around 2 hours before I could get a train through here, which turned out to be amazing, as I got a Canadian National locomotive trailing!
Crossing Info:
Signal on the left: 2 Pairs of WCH 12x24 Lights with WCH 2nd Gen. LEDs, a Safetran Gate Mechanism, RECO LED Gatelights, and a WRRS Mechanical Bell
Signal on the right: 2 Pairs of WCH 12x24 Lights with WCH 2nd Gen. LEDs, a Safetran Gate Mechanism, RECO LED Gatelights, and a WRRS Mechanical Bell
Location:
17th Avenue
Nashville, Tennessee
Locomotives:
CSX 298 - AC4400CW
CN 8823 - SD70M-2
CSX 5221 - ES40DC
CSX 5468 - ES40DC
Filmed April 20, 2019

Why did the car move I wondered what would have happened if it stayed there
I used that car so I could get to that crossing; my dad had to move it so he could get out of the way in my video.
I’m imaging him staying there and the gate never going down
why is the Crossing lights going off and on
Have you ever thought about filming the crossing on Elm Hill Pike?
Whenever I want to.
