child pornography is exception. Privacy cant allow creation and promotion of CP. Its illegal in most countries. Right to privacy doesnt hold in this case. Indian lows are a little weak here so some one watching by todays laws may escape. But in foreign even watching is a crime. Hope the laws change soon and even watching and downloading gets illegal.

Childpornography galat hai, aur is par sakht punishment honi chahiye, par hindustan mein saare kanooni act tabhi kaam kyu karta hai jab crime karne wala aam insaan ho? Jab koi neta par karwai ki baat aati hai tab ye saare agencies aur judiciary girgirane jyu lagte hai? Aam log agar galiti se bhi dekhle to crime hai, par agar neta kuchh bhi kare wo crime nahi hota. Shame on law enforcement agencies, they are so biased.
