Sì part 2! Mi sono molto utili queste lezioni sul connected speech perché finalmente comincio a capire le serie TV in lingua originale che al mio orecchio sono sempre state difficilissime.

Anche questa è una lezione indispensabile e necessaria, perché dimostra l'importanza del "connected speech" . Infatti, persone come me che sono studenti "principianti", fanno fatica a capire un discorso perché troppo abituati a separare le parole fra di loro. Grazie 🇮🇹🇬🇧

Good morning Joe! Clear and useful as always! Now, I hope you will forgive me if I ask you something not related to connected speech. Would you remove a doubt about the use of compound nouns? Is it true that in some cases, when translating the complement of specification, you can choose whether to use "of" or not? Example: "the city streets" rather than "the streets of the city". A lesson or a review on this topic would be great! Thank you in advance. Walter

This is definitely one of the most useful videos Joe! I didn't know "intrusive r" and "intrusive y". I look forward to putting them into practice! We have connected speech in italian as well. Since I meet lots of people from other countries, I see italian is very difficult for them. For example: "un po'" is pronounced like "umpo'", because "n" and "p" cannot be linked together, but for a non native this is weird :D
