3:15 you can see pieces of string taped to the underneath of the wing. They're testing the wing to see how it performs and adjusting it for maximum performance. You need to strike a good balance between the amount of drag and the amount of downforce. They have mounted a Go-Pro camera to video how the strings behave in the airflow. I've done this on my airplane but this is the first time I've seen it on a race car!

@koukiR32 No, and the simple reason is that the two cars are in different classes and built to different regulations. There is a 458 GT3 though, and you will see the 12C GT3 race against that one.

@TWRJagXJR I see, so where can I find video footage of them racing each other, cause most I've seen are R8, SLS, Gallardo, Porsche racing each other..... but not really seen any 12C GT3 footage at all....
