You really can start a charter school

A team of parents and educators in Redwood City recently came together to create their dream school - Connect Community Charter School -- which was approved in 2013. It's not easy, but you can do it, says Kathryn Hopkins, a mom, educator and member of the school's founding team, who shares her story.
