This is fantastic. One of my largest headaches is dealing with conveyed recycled aggregate belts. Often belts will mis track so badly they rip themselves and destroy the flexco splicing.

We get it, there is a lot of information out there and people are always giving advice. Our goal is to share knowledge and insight. If we can point out opportunities for improvement and help operations run cleaner, safer, and more productive conveyor belts, we will.

If this is highly problematic, our reversing belt tracking device might be a great option. To pin down the exact reason why this belt is mistracking as you describe, we would need to take a closer look.
