As the saying goes "let Your food be Your medicine" as a vegan am one of the most health conscious person on the planet. I take good care of my diet and health. My grandfather only used to drink rain water 💧, he lived up to 122 years before he decided to drop his material body and moved on happily. And my grandmother too is 92 years with good health. And I will also grow and live life fully before I will choose to drop my material body. So I'm advising everybody to learn how to take good care of yourself, eat what is good for you. The west always wants to see the black race suffering on earth and go to artificial heaven to walk on heavenly gold.
