Ukraine is using Storm Shadow missiles, so there is nothing surprising about it.

Old tech. Most of the weapons being used in Ukraine are 1990's designs and in the course of being replaced by newer tech and as someone else said, storm shadow isn't circular.
Russia fires rockets at Ukraine and the U.S. fires back at Russia, or vice-versa, bur there's one thing for sure the US is the one firing them. Ukraine admitted that they don't have the capability. There's more to firing then just hitting a button.
