*NEWS: MASSES ATTEND FIRST DIWAAN BY DHADRIANWALE SINCE THE ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION*

The annual Samagam in remembrance of the valiant Shaheeds of June 1984 took place at Parmeshar Dwar this Saturday 4 June 2016. It was the first Diwaan by Bhai Ranjit Singh Khalsa Dhadrianwale since the armed assassination attempt of 17 May 2016, which resulted in the killing of Bhai Bhupinder Singh, a fellow Parcharak of the Parmeshar Dwar Gurmat Parchar Sewa Mission. Masses from across Punjab were in attendance, including the family of Bhai Bhupinder Singh. 430 people became Amritdhari. The day also coincided with the birth date of Bhai Bhupinder Singh.
During the Saturday Diwaan for the month of May, Bhai Bhupinder Singh was on stage with Bhai Ranjit Singh Khalsa. There was a real possibility that this Diwaan and Amrit Sanchar for the month of June may never have come about if the assassins had succeeded with their attempted murder. No doubt their plan was to finish 32-years old Bhai Ranjit Singh Khalsa, finish the mass Gurmat Parchar, finish the mass Amrit Sanchar and close the gates of Parmeshar Dwar before the first Saturday of June.
Bhai Ranjit Singh Khalsa honoured the two young sons and family of Bhai Bhupinder Singh with ‘Siropeh’. He said the 7 and 9 year old sons, sitting on stage, are being denied justice for the murder of their father.
“These young weeping children are being denied justice, is it because they are poor, because they are young, because their mother Bibi Kulwant Kaur does not have contacts in high places or because they do not flatter the Government?” he asked.
When innocent children are waiting for justice, when peaceful requests for justice are made but disregarded by those egoistic leaders who impose their power, when criminals freely boast about their actions and continue to threaten more terror, Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj says the following:
Gareebaa Oupar J Khi(n)jai Dhaarree ||
The bearded emperor who struck down the poor,

has been burnt in the fire by the Supreme Lord God. ||1||

Bhai Ranjit Singh Khalsa said the truth is being covered-up, but in the house of God there is always justice.
He said, “This cannot evolve into a political matter, every politician can express their support for justice but we need actions not crocodile tears”.
It is the responsibility of Governments to bring killers to justice. People are killed daily, how can ‘compromise’ be the solution to murder? If that was the case, people would kill and then the Government would advise ‘compromise’ and that would be the end of it - a ‘no fear zone’ for criminals. Where is the law? That is not the law.
The authorities know what the truth is, every person is aware of the truth. What they should declare is “punishment in accordance with the law to the guilty and justice to the innocent” - not a so-called ‘compromise’.
“We need justice, not compromise” he said.
Those who were present or watched the Diwaan live worldwide on the internet and television channels accepted the obvious fact that not only had the Sangat attendance increased, but the Panthic Parcharak has not backed down from continuing to fearlessly say what needs to be said - the truth. Sooner or later, the truth always wins as it can never be destroyed, whereas lies are built on a weak structure that can always be undermined by an eventual recognition of the truth.
