    Went to Nepal before COVID and I did like the food there. “Momo” is pretty good! Even the vegetable ones (for a huge meat eater myself). Man this video def made me want to try Nepali food again lol…also like you eating with hands which is the real way how Nepali people eat their food

      you should go to a restaurant called dalle and order the momo’s it’s way better trust me, also go to dharan and try the street food itd way better than kathmandu’s no offense coming from a nepali

      It's not just momom.there are many authentic dishes . Nepalis are often streotyped with momo..which is is primarily a Tibetan dish

    Being a nepali i would like to tell you there are many meals which are officially made in Nepali style like gundruk, kinema, pork with raya sag(fav), sekwa, and many more hope you get to try out this too lisa

    one thing: people in India don't actually use spoons, forks, etc until it is a formal event, at least my family xD..LOVE and SUPPORT from India

      That's not how all of India works..we do eat rice with hands but we do use spoons akd forks and not necessarily on events or something lol. How do you eat maggie and kheer and regular breakfast like poha and misal or the bhaji of pav bhaji then, with your hands...🤣🤣
      Also not all Indians like to eat with hands all the time...I personally use spoon to eat mostly because I like it that way. But certain food should be eaten with hands so I eat them. Also me being a vegetarian is a plus, since I don't have to pick out bones and stuff lol.

    Thank you for trying Nepali cuisine. I'm glad you liked it. I hope you get to try Newari cuisine as well. It is one of the traditional cuisines in Nepal. It is mostly meat based and lets just say it's an acquired taste.

    Pakoras are a part of Indian Cuisine which have a lot of flavours inside one pakora.
    In India generally pakoras are preferred to be eaten while it's raining as during that time it's taste enhances 🤩😍🤤🤤🤤🤤

      So the food are all not Nepali.
      Momos are eaten in both India and nepal as well, so is samosa and pakoras.

    Momos and bobas are honestly my soulmates. I can't go a single day without thinking about them but it's sad that I get to eat them only once a month at max as I live in small town where they don't sell momos or bobas.

    W-W-AAIT ROSE MILK?! I MAKE THAT AT HOME ALL THE TIMEEEEE
    Tutorial:
    First heat up milk in a pot,once warm add in wheat starch.
    Mix until smooth.
    Once smooth add in rose water,saffron,and some sugar (sugar is optional)
    Let boil,once bubbly and thick,turn off heat and enjoy!
    Also the heats are either:
    In between medium and low
    Medium
    Low

    Fun fact: The mango pudding is actually called 'aam-rass' aam is mango in Hindi(Indian language) and rass is juice in Hindi, so therefore aam-rass! ❤️

    Eating with hands is perfectly fine with Indian food coz it's our tradition to eat using hand to enhance the taste 😄... And I am glad you are trying different Indian food... It makes me so happy and proud ❤️
