I have visited Prague in march this year and took a ride with this and five other paternoster lifts. Most of them (like this one) can be found in the south-western area of Wenceslas Square / Václavské náměstí, one is in the New Town Hall at Mariánské náměstí.

Yes, it is still working and I was able to make a full ride!

Last weekend I was in Prague and a very nice guy allowed me to follow him through the locked door so I could ride this nice elevator.
