I have emailed customer support years ago and was able to get a response back but now anytime I have tried to email that same address it bounces back. I do not see any email to contact you all on the site. I would rather not communicate through TH-cam comments but I don't have another choice. I payed for lifetime access so I should be able to use what I paid for without having to go through all this trouble. Please help. Thanks
