This home is gorgeous!!! I didn’t see a fireplace in the master bedroom which causes me to give it a 9.5. If there is a fireplace it’s a 10 all the way!!!

Kitchen me personal I love dark cabinets but I would of had some with see threw cabinets mix it up a bit. That would of balance out all the dark cabinets but I love there home. I rate this home a 10 even he kitchen while I do love lighter cabinets these just seem to work. & Washington is green year rounded ….I’d Change that boat dock I live in a fishing community & docks are triangular you can literally put patio sets etc on them
Black painted floors is European but is usually covered with rugs same as black and white checkered floors. 10 for style 10 for maintaining the integrity of the indoors and out doors!🔥☕
2021, I would rate this home as is a Blessing. If I owned a home of this magnitude. By all means; I would turn it into a Preparatory business, mathematics, science, and art High School. "Seating would be limited!" Oh yeah, Master Suite that would be my office .😀
Yeah, the kitchen is too dark. I would definitely have to have an all white and marble kitchen. I live in Seattle. This year we had a great summer. Now that is fall nothing but overcast.. can't stand it.. this is why the suicide rate is really high here in Washington state. Ciara and Russell's yard will stay green all year round.
I really wish you would not speak on them as a perfect couple. No one has a perfect marriage and I think you didn't have to include it. It comes off as shady. Why can't you just do what your page calls for and keep the marriage comments to yourself. That would of been much more professional of you.

This house has been updated for five years now. The kitchen has been entirely updated with a off white everything👏🏽
Ciara had 2 homes in Atlanta and one in LA. Sold both homes when she moved to Seattle in 2015.
