I just took these out of the oven and I love how my house smells 😊 thank you for sharing. I had to bake them longer than 15 minutes, about 22 all together but I guess all ovens are different. You did not indicate salt in the ingredients, so I did put a small amount. They came out beautifully. I will taste them later. I also weighed the pieces and they weighed out perfectly, just like you said. Your technique is wonderful and you are a good teacher. Thank you again, looking forward to more of your recipes! ❤
I've never done any breads or pasteries becuse im afraid they won't come out WELL becuse of all the process that is required, you know?. But you make it seem quite easy. Also with thouse two zests, it makes me very curious. The softness "calls" me too, lol. And it LOOKS so beautifull! Of course I enjoyed it!!! I saw in the description box a lemon granite, so I'll check that out too. Love lemon flavor! Thank you so much for the effort you made to have the "perfect bioche" than share it with us. You're, what I call, "the special kind of people" Best wishes.
Thank you so much, that is so nice of you to say. I am really happy to hear that you enjoy this recipe. It can be intimidating to start baking bread and pastries but it is easier than it may seem. Thank you again for your support. I appreciate it. All the best ✨☺
I find this recipe interesting because I make a Ukrainian Easter bread called Paska. It calls for orange juice as well as orange rind and lemon rind. Thank you for sharing this xo❤
Hi! Great question! I haven't personally tried so I am not sure but you could try substituting the two egg with 1/2 cup of yogurt. If you try, I would love to know if it turns out. All the best 😉

Sounds great! My pleasure ❤
Can you also use this recipe when making maritozzi??
I haven't tried yet but probably the recipe would be similar :)
Are these very sweet or can I eat them with 🍲
Even if the dough is not extremely sugary, for me, they are too sweet to eat them beside a savory dish 😉
These look good. I've gained 5lbs from all your recipes.😊
Can i make it without egg, if yes then what's the substitute.
