    I've been meditating for years. This particular practice has been a experience that had bought me to spiritual hights. It has awaken Kundalini energy. Body, head moving in all different directions and it's not scary but grounding

    This is a very good session for a beginner in meditation. I hope to use these lessons to meditate more regularly to complement my asana practice. The power of the mind is very crucial in this and your voice helps to keep me centred. ☺️

      We have a special meditation class every Saturday from 7 to 9 am. You may contact the yoga centre office to know more about it.

    Sir, I am practicing. this daily for 3-4 days but a lump formed between my two ribs like a not. plz Guide me why this is happening. waiting for your response. Thanks.

      Hari Om! Lump should not come with this practice. Please once check with doctor what kind of lump is that and let us know...

    Im daily practising this but my legs get freezes everyday

      Hari Om! Please do some warm up asana before commencing the practice of meditation. You may follow yoga capsule 1. It is available in our channel. Also try to sit on some height so that the entire base of body will sit form on ground. That will minimise freezing of legs.

      @@YOGAWELLNESSCENTER I also have same problem. I do Asanas also before meditation and I tried to sit on some hight like on pillow but still my legs get freezes. plz suggest what should i do.

      Sitting in long meditation has common problem of numbness in leg. Need to practice PM 1 and also need to train yourself to sit in proper meditation Asana. Slow and gradual training is required to master meditation asanas.
