This capsule comes as God-given as both, my neck and back (especially lower back) have taken a bad beating with all the workload during lockdown. I enjoy the detailed way in which you explain the asanas and the deeper aspects of their practice - why we start Shalabhasana with the left leg, or the importance of Shashank asana, etc.

I did this and I get so much relief but I have pain in my both hips .....can u make a capsule vedio for this problem....and if u tell any other vedio that helps in this problem.....
