A look at all of the changes made in the past few weeks, including a new rear cargo rack! Let me know what you think! Like me on Facebook! / fearlessfront
That basket on the back of the "ole lawnmower " is just like the rear racks on quads/trikes and that is a good fitting to a machine made to new things.
yes, it really is! we all gotta stick together, not make it one big d**k measuring contest. Everyone has their own great ideas, some of which I've used in the past. Arild365 was one of the first people I saw put an ant rack on a all terrain lawn mower. I've always wanted to do one too, but never really needed too until now.
not sure on the amp output, I'll have to look into that because I want to add lights and a winch at somepoint. And figure out some fender flairs as well
thanks, I'll look into that.. bought my galaxys3 phone two weeks before the s4 came out.. sure as shootin' I dropped it in the hot tub the other day. when I took it in.. the guy at the phone store said.. DUDE!! the s4 is good for 3 ft depth for 30 minutes! haha.. a lot of good that did me!! take care.. i'm impressed that you can answer so many comments... dont feel obligated to reply to this one..
That tractor is badass... That rack came out great too, dude you are seriously good at fabricating. I still can't believe that tractor is something you just threw together, it's mental how good it looks (from a distance anyway) and how well it performs! Very cool.
Fearless, regarding your custom rack, if you covered the raised left and right sides with sheet steel, they would serve as fenders that would keep you clean. Otherwise, the landscape edging needs to go at least an inch past the tire. Maybe some mud flaps too to keep from roosting someone close behind you. How many amps does the diesel's alternator put out?
I just went to a small engine shop and bought back my old coast to coast...time to modify it...he had a sears suburban like this, had a plow and a set of chains on it...I might have to buy it just to plow my driveway...
Rack turned out great, one thing I would do is put some type of thin steel on the inside of the basket so your rope and other things don't get between the mesh and get tangled in the axle.
I have the same rear tires on my 68 sears 8xl....but I use it for light work on the farm you would be surprised of the size logs I have pulled with it lol
lovin the suburnben tractor matey and that rack looks cool gonna have to do somethin for my bush racin mower :) keep up the good work FEARLESS FRONT hell of a show :) catch ya matey
haha, nope, i just do landscaping. but I run a lot of heavy equipment, and have to problem solve on a regular basis... whenever one of our crew members breaks someting, I have to fix it.
Have you ever heard of a case 220 they are a fully hydrostatic lawn mower that is the size of the Sears and mine is 46 years old and it runs like a champ still no rebuild nothing
Hey fearless I miss ur old videos u used to show the build proses we haven't seen anything but updates idk maybe it's just me but I like to see u working on it not talking about it
dude i am so surprised you aint some kind of engineer for some big company fabing things for them that rack dam near looks like you bought it from a factory your a dam good fabricator
this tractor turned out great i love the rack it makes it looks more like atv now. i have a tractor for mudding would a tecumsa transaxle work for the tractor
What a beast! Love that rack but I have to wonder if you compensated enough space to keep the seat from bottoming out on it, it looks pretty close. You're a pretty small guy in general, but my big ass would probably bottom out just sitting on it, let alone riding around bouncing and hanging on for dear life. LoL
This is my dream tractor I'd pull with it and do any thing I need to do with it I have one like this but it is a roper which is like a yard man today I hope I can make a tractor like this
How well has that transaxle held up since you lock it? I’ve got 2 just like that I’m putting a front end loader on 1 so I need to lock the axle to push the bucket.. btw what weight gear oil and how much does it hold. Thanks in advance
I was wondering if u could do a vid on how to lock a bolens hydro trans. Also I think it would be cool and people would like if u did some pulls and tug of wars. Thanks
This is awsome! i have a 1980 john deere 285 just sitting in the shed i have a video of it on my chanel it has the big kawasaki v-twin liquid cooled engine its a beast!
Used to watch this channel all the time as a kid. Back 9 years later and channels dormant 😏😔
ya! me too! I hope it holds up in the long term
That basket on the back of the "ole lawnmower " is just like the rear racks on quads/trikes and that is a good fitting to a machine made to new things.
thanks man, i'm suprised at how strong it really is. should hold way more weight than I'll ever need it too!
NOTHING will ever replace the murray!
Thanks, it's come a long way from when I got it

Awesome build dude. I'm a diesel man and after watching your videos for a while and seeing you mess with gassers then build this puppy made my day.
not sure on the amp output, I'll have to look into that because I want to add lights and a winch at somepoint. And figure out some fender flairs as well
wow, that rear rack is amazing! it reminds me of a snug cozy cabin cause the compartment underneath seat!
Ha, I was thinking the same thing. Hes doing a great job thinking things through before implementation. The cut out for the seat was pretty clever.
thanks man, glad you like it!
thats right, on a trail I keep up fine, I'm going riding with a guy with a 4x4 4 wheeler in 2 weeks. He hasn't ridden with me yet, should be fun.
it's really not that bad. better than some cushioned seats i've had
yea, they work fine
yea man, we gotta do one again soon
Man, I liked the water fountain in the front, you should make that removable!
thanks, I'll look into that.. bought my galaxys3 phone two weeks before the s4 came out.. sure as shootin' I dropped it in the hot tub the other day. when I took it in.. the guy at the phone store said.. yea, thats kinda what we were thinking too. $33 is cheaper than a ticket
Dude, that has to be the coolest offroad mower I have seen! Keep up the great work and keep rompin!
my cam is a Nikon Coolpix AW110 it's a waterproof "tough camera".
I really like it
that rack makes it look soo much better!
That tractor is badass... That rack came out great too, dude you are seriously good at fabricating. I still can't believe that tractor is something you just threw together, it's mental how good it looks (from a distance anyway) and how well it performs! Very cool.
I'd definitely call that an ATV. A very cool one. Love the old retro look!
Ya, it may not be as well balanced as a four wheeler, but it's got class! haha
+FearlessFront (Todd Christopher) what is the namn of the engine?
thanks Jim!
Hey Todd. Where did you get ( what did you order ) for the "drag link" from steering gear to the front ? I like that tie rod set up. Thanks
thanks, it's getting there
yeah, I will have to do that soon

yea, that would work great
I bet it would, it's certainly heavy enough!
I just went to a small engine shop and bought back my old coast to coast...time to modify it...he had a sears suburban like this, had a plow and a set of chains on it...I might have to buy it just to plow my driveway...
sre u gonna catch a lobster in the back, while romping?lol
love your stuff.. curious about the camera you use.. excellent quality!
I think it will, people run them on all sorts of crazy stuff
Thats really cool...i'll try to have a video of my mower on here within the next few days...i keep trying to make one but cant seem to find the time
Thing looks great! Name a Saturday and we'll do another romp. I haven't gone with you guys in a while.

man that thing is wicked awesome, glad the new motor worked out brother,haad-cooA!!
lovin the suburnben tractor matey and that rack looks cool gonna have to do somethin for my bush racin mower :) keep up the good work FEARLESS FRONT hell of a show :) catch ya matey
I sure hope so, If it does decide to flip,it SHOULD catch it. or at least slow it down so it doesn't crush me.
yea, I do
haha, nope, i just do landscaping. but I run a lot of heavy equipment, and have to problem solve on a regular basis... whenever one of our crew members breaks someting, I have to fix it.
no, you dont need one. I told them it was a custom build, used the chassis serial as the VIN#
for the winter u might want to hook up the glow plug because they don't like to start if its realy cold
Nice work on the 'luggage' rack
Buck 30? dang..clean..you always do such clean work bro!
Have you ever heard of a case 220 they are a fully hydrostatic lawn mower that is the size of the Sears and mine is 46 years old and it runs like a champ still no rebuild nothing
I have to build my own manifold first. I'm trying to fix/change things based on importance... A snorkel will happen at some point.
That rack looks awesome! Might have to put one on mine.
For 9? Hp that motor pulls good. Many advantages to using a diesel for what your doing. So when are you gonna start snorkeling the things?
basket looks great can't wait for next update
thanks man, it came out great
Hey fearless I miss ur old videos u used to show the build proses we haven't seen anything but updates idk maybe it's just me but I like to see u working on it not talking about it
Fearless I just cut a chunk out of a washer and weld it around the ball of the tie rod end. Do you have a video on how it bolted up?
That rack looks conspicuously like a Wal-Mart shopping cart... hahaha
cool stuff .how much did the diesel cost ?
This mower is badass!! Great job!!
where did you learn to work on equipment? did you go to college or did you just pick up things along the way?
dude i am so surprised you aint some kind of engineer for some big company fabing things for them that rack dam near looks like you bought it from a factory your a dam good fabricator
Super ingenious that rack is awesome😁👍👍
yeah we really do!
im diggin all your videos dude. I stumbled across your channel searching for jeep stuff. you make me want to build shit
Nice changes you made man! I really like the rack on the rear, that's awsome!
this tractor turned out great i love the rack it makes it looks more like atv now. i have a tractor for mudding would a tecumsa transaxle work for the tractor
well I have seen ur work, u should be fine bro, cheers
That thing is awesome bro !! I like the diesel motor idea on it just get a small turbo for it you'll get more power out of it
What a beast! Love that rack but I have to wonder if you compensated enough space to keep the seat from bottoming out on it, it looks pretty close.
You're a pretty small guy in general, but my big ass would probably bottom out just sitting on it, let alone riding around bouncing and hanging on for dear life. LoL
0:55 I saw the old tires for the lifted mudding mower in your pile of tires! Probaly means you got new ones!
+ the Sears looks beast!!
Hey your trators are sweet on the sears what pulley ratio of you running
these lawn mowers are awsome and i'm from maine as well so that makes them twice as good haha I need to modify mine cuz they look like fun in the mud
That tractor is sooooo bad ass man, I'm loving it lol !!!!!!
Loving the rack, looks fantastic!
ROMP. ROMP. ROMP.ROMP. love the diesel. love this mower. need another romp soon...!!!! very soon.
I tell you what you keep doing yourself on these projects cool rack
This is my dream tractor I'd pull with it and do any thing I need to do with it I have one like this but it is a roper which is like a yard man today I hope I can make a tractor like this
You should sell those racks. Very cool!
Hey fearless , I'm a fellow Mainer too .. What would be a good place to find a set of knobby rear tires cheap?
Fearless, have you thought about building something with tank style tracks
How well has that transaxle held up since you lock it? I’ve got 2 just like that I’m putting a front end loader on 1 so I need to lock the axle to push the bucket.. btw what weight gear oil and how much does it hold. Thanks in advance
I donno, probably. I ride with a few guys who only have atv's... I keep up just fine on trails.
What did you use to make the bumper/brush guard? I can't find anything on where you cover this info! Thanks!
yes, it has a fuel injector, I believe it's direct
Great video!
lol! thanks!
yes, it was actually a pretty simple fix
Does that diesel engine use a direct injector? I'm curious how the fuel delivery works on that.
I may turn up the fuel once the motor is broken in.
You should put a slide cover over the basket so when you ride nothing flies out
Can you share where you got the diesel engine? and the what model trans or CVT you are using? thank you.
you could put a old ammo box in the fount bumper for tools an stuff
Where'd you get that post and pin that holds down your hood? Hardware store?
I was wondering if u could do a vid on how to lock a bolens hydro trans. Also I think it would be cool and people would like if u did some pulls and tug of wars. Thanks
This is awsome! i have a 1980 john deere 285 just sitting in the shed i have a video of it on my chanel it has the big kawasaki v-twin liquid cooled engine its a beast!
i love the rack i have to build one for mine next lol
Somehow I knew you would say that !! so the murray is like a comfortable old pair of shoes? *ha*ha*
did you fix the throttle problem you mentioned in the last video?
Hey fearless is it possible to switch a pully from the back to the front?? Mines huge
