I've had glimp's or flashes of unbound consciousness with your videos, that were pure bliss. I've been working on watching my thoughts on a constant, and have discovered being aware of awareness of the thoughts! Still noticing the ego though, I am living towards....... always simply awake..... Many blessings

I talk to myself.....a lot. And it seems like a cross between affirmation and someone else.....
I hear that voice but I know it's not what I'm thinking
There is no self. It’s an allusion and conditioning through a seemingly individualized world and society. Individual desks. Individual degrees. Individual individual grades and paychecks etc. However it’s not possible for anything to be by itself as everything is connected to everything else and we are the waves or ripples of the ocean. Since all is connected nothing has any real value by itself as all everyone and everything are partly defined by their context, reflections and connections to something else. Our nature. At the end of day life is a team sport. One together.
We are not our thoight and we are not our body. Only if you sre conscious . That U R the consciousness observing the body and mind.

3. Why this world existed
