What is soya? The herb like substance you added after kasuri methi? Faiza, I know this is a weird request but can you please put up written recipes for large batch salans. Like 6-8 kg kima or dal. Simple foods. We've had a few deaths in the family these last few months and have needed these types of portion sizes for like the day of the passing when people are coming to do apsoos. You can get the food catered on the other days but really struggled on day 1. Do you think this is something you could do?
@@zee7190 soya is called dill in English and smell and tastes great in recipes, I am sorry for your losses my dear my condolences 💐 to you and the families, I am sorry my dear but it will be to much for me to make that much as my family is not that big I would struggle with finishing the food but you can make the recipe you want and just double or triple the ingredients, hope you will understand.
