belthazormn1 as you can see in the video she had minced meat of your choice, potatoes, green peas, onions, tomatoes, fresh ginger , garlic and ginger paste, red chilliest, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, fresh green chillis, fresh coriander and dry coriander, garam masala, salt. Hope this helps
