I've been training with Chinese rubber for a couple months now. I've been watching a lot of videos and getting coaching but nobody explained this pendulum motion to me. I just got up to try this motion using my ball spinner and now I'm getting so much more topsin. This video has been incredibly helpful. THANK YOU!

次粘着のバックの打ち方やって欲しい
私は75歳のラージボールプレイヤーですが、回転がかからないとされるラージボールを表ソフトで
孟さんの言われる振り子打法で擦り当てると十分に回転が掛かり生きたボールが打てます。
体重移動は意識せず、古武術の膝抜きを使って、左右の膝を斜め前に送ることで、体の回転させ
人はボールを相手のコートにに向かってうつものだから、45度位前にボールの5時位斜め下を
振り子スイングで擦り上げ中国式の拉でコマを回す要領で鋭角にラケットを引くと、面白いように
回転が掛かり、鋭く沈んで跳ねます。
私はカーブドライブでボールの外側を捉えるところから始め、今はボールの斜め下を捉えることで
大きい弧を描くドライブでなく、ネット上をスライドして超え、鋭く左に跳ねます。
ヘッドを効かせるためにラケットはゆるく持ちます。腕をふる振り子打法は本当にお勧めです。
振り子打法の中に、肩甲骨打法と、鎖骨打法も意識しています。
ラージボールだからかもしれませんがボールが体の横にくるまで引きつけて余裕を持って擦れば
十分に回転が掛かり生きたボールが打てます。
粘着ラバーでなくても表ソフトで回転が掛けられ、台下のチョリやボル風の小さいループも
前腕をたたむ感覚で打てます。
兎に角、ボールを弾かない振り子打法はお勧めです。もちろん前方に強めに回転を掛ける
打ち方も出来ますが、コートをオーバーしてどれだけ速くすごいボールを飛ばしても
無駄なことなのでネットを超えできれば2バウンドするくらいの低いスライドボールを
打ちたいと思っています。

ぶつけて打つには体が大きいほうがいいということでしたが、身長が165cmくらいだと、小さいイメージですかね？なかなかうまくふつけうちが出来てないな、と感じてます。抑えきれずにフラットに飛んでしまう感じなのは手首が効いてないからかもしれませんが、手首は「利かす」のでしょうか、結果的に「利く」のでしょうか？指とか掌とか、細かい力の使い方でポイントありますか？
