  • Sue opens this breath-focused class with an anjali mudra (hands to heart) centering practice. After that, you’ll move on to a core-strengthening warm-up and a few rounds of surya namaskar A and B. You’ll also do a lunge twist sequence, eagle pose, warrior lll, half frog, wheel, and more. Throughout, Sue gives you options so you can adapt the poses to suit your needs.
    When you're done, conclude with supine hip openers, a finishing forward fold, and a guided relaxation in savasana.
