I dont recommend the middle bunker because it block the sniper sightline and give easy 150 energy

Idk I still think it's useful for protecting the snipers, after rearranging things, both sniper towers still shoot, and sandbag snipers shoot too without getting hit bc the bunker is there tanking

You could either reset your base for it to respond there, or you could just grab one of the fortifying walls and put it there to replace the rock
